Perfect stay at this property! We were upgraded to a larger available unit at no additional charge, so we super comfortable with ample beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Excellent check-in process with full, in-person orientation to the property and area, and even welcome snacks and wine provided. Super close to all locations. It is a loud, bustling area with some street noise, but worth the trade off for being close to so much. I will say not all of the Latin Quarter is rated PG if you have younger kids, but that's not the fault of the property. Highly recommend!

We were met by Julio who was warm, friendly and full of information. He was not in a hurry, and made it clear that he was always available if we needed help with anything.The apartment was missing a toaster when we arrived, something we use everyday. When we mentioned this to Julio, he had one there for us the very next day. A credit to the company - that's for sure.

The apartment was located in great part of Gothic quarter. Julio made check in and learning about area very easy. Communication was excellent both pre and during stay. Apartment was clean and great facilities. Very nice to have washing machine for clothes after the heat outside. Coming home to AC was very refreshing.

Multi generation family trip

This location was perfect for 75 yr old parents with the elevator, ourselves, and 17 year old son. Great location with plenty to within short walking distant, easy access to metro, close to shopping, dinning, and the beach. Would recommend to friends and family. Would book again in the future.

Generational getaway

This apartment was perfect for my sister and I (in our 50’s), our 80 year old mother, and my 20 year old niece. We all had our own spaces when we wanted them and yet could gather in the common areas. The location is perfect. We were in the heart of the city and yet could walk to all attractions from it. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

If you want to stay in the old town, then you can’t beat the location. The apartment is lovely, spacious and well equipped. Julio was a great host, super helpful and great communication. It was a very fun family trip. Thank you!

Great location and quiet

The property is nice well appointed. The property owner is good at communication, We had a problem with having hot water in the showers. If it was fixed i will definitely stay there again

Barcelona Adventure

This is a very spacious apartment that served our group of 6 adults well. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable. The host is responsive and helpful. The location is in a lively neighborhood, and convenient to many restaurants and shops. It is one block to La Rambla, and walking distance to Port Vell, the Barcelona History Museum, the Picasso Museum, and many sights. We definitely recommend!

Great Apartment

We visited our son in Barcelona the apartment was perfect in the heart of the Gothic quarter . All 3 bedrooms had ensuite showers lovely lounge and kitchen . An added bonus was the large outdoor terrace . Communication with Julio was 1st class and he even allowed us to leave our luggage till later in the day .we would 100% stay next time we are in Barcelona.

Gothic/Old Town Section

Our host Julios was incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond getting us checked in (and continued being accessible during the stay to get us checked out on the apartment). 5 stars for him Great location in Old Town (would really suggest a walking tour, which we did, to get to know this area). Though being in the heart of Old Town necessarily means there is a noise factor, even with new windows and shutters. We really enjoyed our stay here

Large apoartment with 3 bedroms and 3 full bathrooms, large balcony, and fully staffed kitchen right in the middle of Gothic quarter. The appartment is well air-conditioned. The host was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend!

Great apartment and experience!

What a great vacation spot! The location is fantastic! It's close to many popular locations with fabulous restaurants, bakeries and markets right around the corner- and only 25 min walk to the beach! The apartment was spacious enough for 5 adults and 1 child and very clean. And finally, Julio was amazing- very flexible and helpful. He helped us navigate the city and gave us several good suggestions on places to eat and shop at. I would definitely recommend it to others and we hope to return someday!

Great location excellent facility

Excellent apartment everything was great. Julio the apartment manager was availble. Wifi, air condition, kitchen and accessories, showers all worked very well. The apartment is in the heart of the Rambla everything is in walking distance We were a family of 2 adults and 4 girls 22, 20, 14, 10. We stayed in the apartment from 14.8.2023 until 21.8.2023 We had 1 double bad in the parent room and the other 2 rooms had 2 single bads Each room had a toilet and a shower

Right on the Square!

This apartment, which is really quite lovely, is steps from the Plaza Real. That makes it incredibly convenient, but a little noisy. There are double pane windows that help a lot, but bring your sound machine! There is activity on the Square a lot, which is really fun. There are lots of restaurants. It was really a great place to stay. Julio, the manager, was easy to reach. He met us at the Square on our arrival, and reviewed all of the aspects of the apartment with us.

Close to the action

Well situated and close to many venues. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well and gave us the right level refreshing break needed as the outside temperature was very hot. The street level noise is acceptable since the apartment is situated on the 2nd level, but the contibuous music coming from the first level shot was disturbing until late at night. The service was exceptionally friendly and the manager was very responsive in answering our questions and requests (directions, grocery store, restaurants, car rental etc).

Small, in serious need of renovation. Terrible bathroom facilities.

Pro: located near Placa Riale. Cons: 1) very small bedrooms and beds. 2) the three bathrooms are in a line, with glass walls separating them. Showers are too small for adults. No privacy whatsoever. Two small towels per bathroom were provided. Inadequate amount of toilet tissue provided. 3) there is no place to sit other than at a kitchen table. 4) very noisy neighborhood. You can find better places.

Terrace apt in Gothic Square

Upon arriving, there was a lot of construction. The less than friendly cab driver refused to even speak to the landlord. He dropped us off and the landlord came and helped us with the baggage. Very kind. We were upgraded because they felt we’d be more comfortable in the terrace apartment. That was very true. The apartment is sparse and not so comfortable to hang out in. However we were very close to everything. Very close to the trains. We didn’t know how very noisy that area is. The weekend was the loudest. All in all, it was a huge apartment. We felt very safe. The kitchen was great. The terrace had a washing machine and that was helpful.

WONDERFUL property!

This is a comfortable spacious apartment that gave us the sense of being at home but with a Spanish flavor. While the decor and furnishings are rustic, the apartment has all modern conveniences including comfortable beds, great air conditioning, excellent shower pressure and a fully equipped and modern kitchen. The floor to ceiling windows are new and insulated with heavy wooden shutters that open to allow in sunlight and close to block out light and outside noise. The kitchen opens to a spacious terrace surrounded by lush potted plants. The unit also had its own washing machine. The apartment is close to the Metro which we used to move around all parts of the City and conveniently located for walks around the various neighborhoods of Barcelona. Our family of five adults had no complaints whatsoever about our apartment and visit to this fabulous city. Lastly, our host Julio was attentive and very responsive to one small, insignificant inquiry. In sum, this was a lovely, peaceful and happy apartment away from home.

Las Ramblas is RIGHT THERE!

Great location for our group to make home base on our Barcelona adventures. We had many beds and the space welcomed after long days walking. We had trouble finding the washing machine an outdoor cabinet and did delay doing that. No worries- on hindsight should have just used the very spacious laundry literally down the stairs to the left. We were billed for a stain on sheets with no explanation. I can't imagine anything hat would cause that and need to check on that part. Overall, the location is just amazing and the little inconvenience was no big deal. If traveling with small kids please be sure to watch out for the cabinet door leading to the elevator shaft far below. It's a historic beautiful building so just be aware. We would stay again. I wish I had a better understanding for why we were charged for sheets. That was very odd.

We actually tood some from the security deposit because apparently you informed you lost a set ok key and that make us the obligation to change the lock for security. Perfect Location with a Clothers Dryer

This unit was just a few steps off of Placa Reial in the Gothic quarter. Easy access to just about everything. Plenty of restaurant choices, grocery shopping, and entertainment. Almost everywhere os walkable and if not, the metro is just a couple of blocks away. We are a set of grandparents visiting with our 7 year old grandson and his father so having 4 bedrooms with 3 baths was such a plus on this property. And having a separate clother dryer was a godsend. Most places list a washer/dryer which is actually a washer that uses centrifugal force to remove mossy of the water from the clothes, it does not use heat. This means you have to air dry clothees and they are stiff and take forever in a humid environment. I was overjoyed to find a real dryer, it is a rare commodity. The service from the owners and Julio was impeccable. Julio went out of his way to fix anything we needed (just a new shower curtain) and he arranged to have the place cleaned halfway through our stay. I highly recommend this place! I would give ot more stars if I could
