Family Vacation

This property is older and in need of an update in some areas. It was very clean. we were surprised to have our linens packaged and ready for us to use versus being set up in the unit but with Covid we understood. The scatter rugs were set aside as they were in need of cleaning or replaced with a tacky back but with the slick floors we did not want to risk a fall. The view was very nice. Most of the kitchen items were in good shape but the cooking pans are quite old so we lined them with foil before using. The swimming pool was awesome. Very clean, and kept up nicely. Access to the beach was very easy. We were only given one keycard to access the pool and beach. There should be at least two cards in the packet so families can separate if wanted. We had a stopped up toilet on arrival which took two days to get fixed but the office was trying to get someone there. Having stayed in many VRBO condo's around the country, I would still recommend this condo just don't want anyone to be surprised that it does need updating. The location is fantastic as it is near to the Boardwalk, many restaurants and beach access is great.
