This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been completely updated and remodeled to provide everything you need for your Palm Springs vacation, whether it's just a few days or a month. The entire house is behind walls and hedges for total privacy. When you enter, you'll immediately be struck by the open kitchen, living, and dining areas, with a wall of glass leading out to the backyard and pool. This is the quintessential Palm Springs home!

Outside, you'll find a resort-like back yard waiting for you to enjoy while you take in the incredible mountain views. The yard features a large pool and spa, multiple seating areas, fire pit, chaise lounges, outdoor dining for 8, umbrellas, and a gas BBQ. This house was designed to make the most of the indoor/outdoor lifestyle that has made Palm Springs famous.

The living room has two separate seating areas, one focused on the 75" smart TV, and the other for sipping cocktails, reading, or playing games. The dining area, open to the kitchen, seats 8. The kitchen has been completely updated, with double wall ovens, 5-burner gas range, and everything you might need to cook for family and friends - or have a chef come in and cook for you!

The primary bedroom, separated on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms, features a king bed, en-suite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, gas fireplace, seating area, smart TV, and sliding door out to the pool and spa, not to mention the stunning mountain views from the bed.

The second bedroom also features a king bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower and double vanity, smart TV, and direct backyard access. The two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed and share the hall bath, with an oversize shower-tub combo and single vanity. One of the guest rooms also has a desk in case you want to use it as an office.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however, you are also responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.
