Pristine Mantoloking Home 1 block from Beach

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was built in 2013. It is 1 block from a guarded beach. There is an outdoor shower, wrap around deck with lots of space to eat, lounge, etc and there is plenty of parking on the property. The house has one queen bed, one full size bed, and 4 single beds. The house has fantastic light,
marble counter in bathroom and kitchen and beautiful hydrangeas and geraniums all around. It is beautifully kept. We would love a 4 week rental during July 9th - August 6th for $25k. Also available for the end of august through the end of September.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Proximity to south beach is the best feature. The beach is mainly local families and is guarded.

What makes this property unique

Close enough to Bay Head that you can easily ride your bike but not crowded. Fantastic parking on property which is rare.
