You'll have everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation including equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar with 4 barstools, and plush living room with gulf views and access to the outdoor balcony. The living room includes a sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom includes king bed and private bath with double vanity as well as a private access door to the balcony. Soak in the views, listen to the waves, or relax and enjoy a movie from the comfort of your bed. The large guest bedroom includes 2 comfortable full beds and private access to the second bathroom.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
