This condo includes amazing, low, 8th floor views of the beach and gulf from the huge 10 X 28 balcony. The condo is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. The gulf-front master bedroom, with king bed, includes balcony access and private master bath with glass door entry walk-in shower. The large guest room includes king bed and private access to the second bathroom also with walk-in shower. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a sofa sleeper. The kitchen includes stainless appliances and breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining area includes table and chairs for four. A laundry room with washer/dryer is perfect for keeping your clothes, swimwear, linens, and towels clean.
Our area has activities galore! Water activities, shopping, dining and entertainment are all right there! Close to great golf courses. Everything you could possible need is within 2 miles, including grocery stores, drug stores, Wal-Mart. Convenient to airport; less than 12-hour drive from most mid-western U.S. cities. Across street from double putt-putt course, AND go-cart track. Just down the sidewalk a short walk away you'll find Runaway Island Restaurant, one of the nicest, most delicious, beach-front, restaurants in Panama City Beach.
Ideal parking has a covered, reserved, parking space located under the building and close to the elevators or just three flights of stairs away from your condo. This convenience makes short trips to and from your vehicle a breeze! No long walks to a parking garage across the street. No wasted time searching for an open parking space.
Family friendly AND great get-away spot for adults. All renters must be over 25 and understand this is a quiet zone between 10PM and 8AM. Never more than 6 people in unit. This is NOT a good place to party - on purpose. Property Manager and Security on site.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
