The building is dated, but in the process of getting a facelift. The condo was very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed and the furnishings were comfortable.

Wish the storm door would latch closed and the outlet in the spare bedroom didn’t work. These were minor issues that really didn’t interfere with our stay at all. We would recommend and also return ourselves if the opportunity presents itself. We made amazing lasting memories with our grandchildren in the short time we had there!

We had an absolutely wonderful time, well layed out condo, I could have lived in the sunroom, grandkids loved it, very comfy, having 2 full baths was a plus, and being able to prepare meals also great. Being able to walk right out on the beach, was so worth it, would definitely stay there again if available, Thank you so very much for a wonderful week!

When we arrived at the 4 o’clock check-in, the condo was still not cleaned so we had to wait for cleaning crew to clean up. Had to get someone out there because all the electrical outlets did not work on one side of the condo. Then had to get someone else out there because the refrigerator was not cooling and by the time we left after three whole days, our food was still not cold. Just overall was not impressed with this condo.

This property was very clean, well stocked and that king bed was so comfortable! The shower was relaxing, the view was sensational. Great place, highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying here. The ocean is so close the the pool area. Everything was clean, and everyone was nice. Gulf Shores is a peaceful alternative to crowded beaches in Florida.

Sweet spot at Gulf Shores

Unit was very clean and as advertised. unfortunately our stay was shortened by hurricane Helene.

My sister and i loved the Phoenix vII with its great location and amenities. The only suggestion we would make is some furniture in the livingroom that includes either footrests

Ocean View Condo

The condo had the most amazing view of the ocean right on the ocean. Exellent accomidations. The only complaint was the early checkout time.

Fridge was not cooling properly. Took awhile to get a response from management company about it. Then a lady from maintenance contacted us only to insult us and all the other tourist that come down. Saying "you all" come down here and load it with hot sodas and beer etc and expect the fridge to cool it all down quickly. We explained that wasn't the case we had everything in an iced down large yeti cooler. She insulted both my husband and I when we talked to her. The next day I learned that the conversation with the maintenance director had prompted them to cancel the request to have someone look at the fridge. Each interaction was approximately a 12 -24 response turnaround. I had to contact them again even to find out they were not going to fix the fridge. So thankful we didn't stop on the way and have our groceries already. We only had a small amount of perishable food we were able to keep in the cooler with ice. Needless to say we ate out more since we were concerned about proper fridge temperature. When we arrived at our next vacation spot a couple hours down the beach. We then bought groceries and the fridge there was much cooler. No problems. Condo was decent sized and nice besides the fridge issue. Beach and common areas pool etc were all nice as well. It would be nice if there were an ice machine there. Our ice machine did not keep up and we were even using frozen ice bags and bagged ice for coolers.

Great stay. Good location with ease of access to beach with kids. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Only issue was glass shower door in master bath didn’t work and neighbors dog yelping.

Beach Stay

Great location, easy parking, elevator was great, pool was very handy and perfect beach access. The condo itself could use some TLC to make it even more enjoyable. The beach does not allow tents over 7x7x4, so our tent was not allowed. Should put that on the info.

There were a few minor problems with the unit. The ice maker was not working properly; the shower door in the main bedroom would not close; the carpet in the main bedroom is not completely attached which could cause someone to trip; the overhead light in the main bedroom was not working and the fan in the second bedroom was noisy.Other than those issues, the unit is good

Upon arrival, our unit had not been cleaned. There was a mixup with the cleaning company or something of that nature. At first, the host gave me the runaround telling me that we had added a day to our stay at the beginning of the week and they didn’t have that down and then they told me that I checked in an hour early implying I didn’t allow enough time to have it cleaned. Both of these were not true. After numerous screenshots of emails, they finally admitted it was their fault. The last thing you want to do when arriving on vacation in the first 45 minutes is stripping beds, vacuuming, and doing dishes. After a little pressure, they tried to make it right. The communication on that could’ve been better as there was still some confusion on what they were doing to make it right. But in the end, we got our cleaning fee returned to us. We really enjoyed this condo. We’ve been to Gulf Shores numerous summers, and this was one of our favorite units. Very large and really great location and view. The only negative was the elevators quit one evening, but they did get fixed rather quickly. The other negative was the master bathroom’s baseboard was missing and floor was rotting in that location. It did not bother us, but I could see how some guests would complain. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
