About the property

Each bedroom has a queen mattress and television. Queen sofa/sleeper also.

Updated and clean condo 4/10ths of a mile West of the main intersection on West Beach Blvd. This is one of the few remaining low density, family atmosphere complexes on the beach.

The condo overlooks the beautifully landscaped pool area with chairs, tables, and umbrellas for your comfort and relaxation.

The two bedrooms have a limited view of the Gulf and beautiful white sandy beach. The condo is just one stairway up from the covered parking where your car will be kept out of the hot sun.

The colorful bedrooms have a queen bed in each, and both rooms have large closets. Each bedroom has a 32 inch TV as well.

The kitchen and dinette are well equipped, along with a TV and DVD player in the sitting area.

We as owners visit Ocean Reef twice a year to enjoy and keep our condo in pristine condition. We have just one person who cleans and maintains our condo and takes a personal interest in it. We also enjoy the many restaurants and shops within walking distance of Ocean Reef, in addition to the large outlet mall 8 miles North on Highway 59. Our beach is very large with clean white sand.

About Owner/Property Manager

We are residents of Holland, Michigan and have been coming to Gulf Shores since 1989. We have always stayed at Ocean Reef because of the great atmosphere and not having to deal with elevators. Now our children and grandchildren continue to come to Ocean Reef on Spring Break.

Why Owner/Property Manager chose Gulf Shores

We love the low density, only 45 condo's and a very large beach. It is great coming down one flight of steps to hit the beach or pool or grill your favorite food. We also have covered parking for two cars.

Great location and price!

We went with our family to the beach for the 4th of July and decided to rent this condo. We loved the condo and the owners made checking in and out a breeze. I will be back and definitely plan to rent this condo again in the future.

Our condo was beautiful and well-maintained. The complex was also wonderful. I would rent it again.

We first walked in and were super surprised at how beautiful it was! It really did feel like home and was so comfortable. The cost was a great value. We could see the beach from both balconies and the pool area was always well-kept and inviting. We made friends easily with the family friendly atmosphere, yet we still had our privacy. I would definitely recommend it to others and also plan to stay there again in the future.

No inside laundry. Had to use a commons laundry area. $4 tonwash and dry per load

Nice place but lack of washer and dryer in unit was a major bummer with 5 adults and a toddler. Carrying clothes back and forth as well as $30 in quarters. And there as not a change machine in the laundry.
