Knutson & Associates Property Management is proud to be representing Kona Plaza# 215. It's amazing location puts you right in immediate walking distance to restaurants, beaches, shopping & entertainment right in the heart of Kailua Village.

This 2nd floor unit of Kona Plaza is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath property that is very spacious & has been a guest favorite over many years. Unit#215 sleeps 6 & features a Queen Sized Bed in each bedroom, and a pull out sofa in the living room as well, Central Air Conditioning, Wifi Access, Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Elevator Access & Underground covered parking!

There is a HUGE lanai/balcony for your comfort.

This perfectly located gem has everything you need for a stay of a few days or several months. This is the type of location you actually would not have to have a car in Kona.

Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo very quite and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay.

Kona Plaza Condominium Complex has a great pool with lounge chairs & 2 BBQ decks with great views of the ocean/mountain.

WHAT A DEAL! LOOK AT ALL OF THESE RESTAURANTS IN WALKING DISTANCE INCLUDING: Pancho & Lefty's, Fosters Kitchen, The Fish Hopper, Huggo's and Huggo's on the Rocks, Don the Beachcomber, Kona Inn Restaurant, Mahina Pizza, Kona Canoe Club, Outback Steakhouse, Island Lava Java & MANY MORE!!

The Kailua Bay pier is a short 5-minute walk, from which most of the boat excursions on the Big Island's west coast depart (snorkel, whale watch, dinner cruise). Safeway grocery, Longs drugstore (CVS), gas stations, Costco, and Target are a short drive away.

An older, but updating condo complex. Not even a block off of Ali'i Dr and pretty centrally located. The condo was well equipped, clean and reasonably spacious. The large, screened lanai is great. I don't think you can find a better value for a 2BR 2BA condo in Kona!

Great location, Walking Distance for many restaurants and stores

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'd give my stay a B. Definitely need a good cleaning. Bathroom exhaust fans gave pile on dust, both bathroom grout tile needs a good scrubbing, top of fridge needs cleaning, and dish strainer under sink, I wouldn't use as it's dirty. Beds were comfortable, sleeper sofa worked out great, great lanai with dual fans. Need more description from property management instructions in your arrival email about the key required for underground garage access from elevator. Book does reference key required but arrival instructions when you go to put placard in car doesnt reference. Be aware, building is under maintenance and a lot of scaffolding in the underground garage. Would I rent again, yes. Just needs a deep cleaning.

The location was a short walk to the pier for the Queen Lilio’kalani canoe race. It was also close to restaurants and Kona shops. The unit was well equipped for water recreation with beach towels, Fins, masks, snorkels, beach chairs, coolers, and water socks. We were very happy with our condo!

Everything was great. We liked being right downtown close to shopping and restaurants. The sinks in the bathrooms are very slow draining. Loved the daybed on the lanai it got a lot of use.

Great Location

The condo is convenient location to everything in Kona. Walking distance to the Market and everything around. King Kam beach is close enough to walk to as well.

Kona getaway with family

My son had a sporting championship event on island. Love the location of the condo! It was super close to everything we needed! Condo was clean and comfortable. Would totally stay at again and/or recommend to others. Mahalo!
