This fully air-conditioned beautiful oceanfront corner unit is less than 30 feet from the water's edge. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your large lanai, watch the surfers, para-sailers, boogie boarders, playful dolphins, turtles, whales and passing cruise ships.

Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Every room has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach.

The resort is just a short walk to town for dining, shopping and the farmers market for vegetables, fruit, flowers, and souvenirs.

The pool, spa, BBQ's and outdoor dining pavilion are all oceanfront.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful, especially being so close to the beach, and the lanai view was beautiful. Having a condo with the extra space was very convenient for our family, and we appreciated the opportunity to stay here.We also appreciated how accommodating you were with our young family and taking a chance on us. We know hosting families with little ones can come with some extra wear and tear, and we’re grateful for your hospitality.Thank you again for having us!

The condo was clean, but the host may have been too helpful with ideas for things to do. We parked where he advised us to park, which made it easier for a couple of 80-year-old people carrying luggage to go up the short staircase instead of a longer one. The beach view was excellent. Two weddings, one baptism, and many surfers testing the high surf caused by the tropical storms. I forgot the daily yoga classes.

Jim is a kind and great person and his communication was perfect. Jim's place is awesome and had everything we needed for our stay week stay. The place in in the middle of everything and you can walk to downtown restaurants/shopping with a great views. The lanai has a great view of the ocean and we loved hearing the ocean waves at night, I feel asleep on the lounge chairs on the lanai a few times during our stay. Uncle Jim provided a bunch of different places for us to check out during our stay. I will stay at Jim's place every time I go to Kona going forward. Jim, thank you again for everything and the great memories, we will be back soon!!!

If you want to relax to the sound of crashing waves and nothing else, this is the place to go! The condo is ocean front and sits next to a quiet beach. It’s walkable to many restaurants and shops. Jim provided EVERYTHING you need to have a nice beach day or a laid back day at the pool. The property itself is really lovely, with well kept amenities, including multiple shared grills that are available. This is definitely a little slice of Heaven in Kailua-Kona! We would absolutely return.

This condo is truly special. It has beautiful views of the ocean and a small public beach steps away. The host made sure we had everything we needed from beach towels to dish soap. He also provided excellent recommendations about where to eat and what to do. Our family had such a relaxing, happy time!

We enjoyed our stay at Jim and Nancy’s condo. It’s on the top floor and end unit with fabulous views of the ocean and sunsets. It’s a very comfortable condo with a well equipped kitchen. We will book again sometime.

Our stay was excellent at this wonderful property. The ocean view on the spacious lanai was gorgeous...we took advantage of relaxing there every afternoon. The condo was well-equipped and very comfortable and quiet. The location was excellent in terms of being near the town, beaches, and points of interest. Parking was easy. We will definitely come back again and would highly recommend it to others.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean, roomy and fully equipped. The view from the lanai of the ocean and adjacent beach are fantastic. The sunsets from the lanai are incredible including a few GREEN FLASHES. We observed several pods of dolphins daily. The parking is convenient and secure. The property location is perfect. Loved walking into town for great cocktails and great food. Short drive to Magic Sands and “Snorkel” beaches. Even “Two-Step” is only about 30 minutes away. We will stay again when available. Thank you Jim and Nancy for making your wonderful unit available.

The view, the view the view and the sound of waves, the best therapy. Sitting on the lanai was my favorite part of my stay. Easy parking, a few short stairs, but easy to get to the unit. Location was great, walkable to restaurants/shops, short ten minute drive to White Sands beach. Host was very helpful and made sure everything was in order.

This was a wonderful stay! Myself and 2 friends had a great, albeit short, week at this condo. It had all we needed and the location is so convenient. Watching the sunsets, surfers and all the other activities from the lanai was so fun and relaxing.The owner, Jim, was great about responding to questions and making suggestions as well. I would definitely recommend this property for a great stay on the big island.

The condo was perfect - everything I needed was supplied.The master bed was sooo comfortable that I asked the host for the brand and model of the mattress!Parking onsite was easy and traffic only snarled when there was road maintenance. Local online news shows daily road impairments, so it was so easy to navigate around congestion. Mahalo nui loa for an unforgettable stay! I’ll be returning once again, soon!!

Great Property and Location

My wife and I live in Los Angeles. About 18 years ago we fell in love with Kona. We purchased our condo in 2001 and spend as much time there as possible. It really is our home away from home and we enjoy sharing it with others. The location is great.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to be as close to the ocean as possible, we love the Kona Reef and the little town of Kona, which is just a 10 minute walk to the center of town from our condo..

What makes this property unique

We never miss watching the amazing sunsets from our lanai. The dolphins put on a show for us every day and the whale season is really exciting. Kona is a very special place and has something for everyone.
