A large private cozy pad

A large private cozy second floor pad (not shared) (owners lives on the first floor) .With a large lvroom-kitchen-full bathroom- large queen size bedroom- plus a option to have 2 other bedrooms if needed in the same pad for a little extra .Comes with a large 65inch tv in the living room a couch 3 avg chairs a very cozy quiet clean pad for any one looking to enjoy them self .We don’t allow and party’s meeting places for anyone .Smoking not allowed in the pad but have a rear door to the deck to smoke at no dogs allowed. We are 3 minutes to downtown Saratoga springs by car or a 15- 20 minutes walk ..4 minutes drive to Saratoga racetrack 7 minutes drive to spac or 2 minutes drive to skidmore college.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
