Welcome to our stunning property located in the heart of Saratoga Springs! Our recently renovated 3-story Victorian boasts one bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, and a queen-sized pullout couch in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.

Our coffee bar with a Keurig and K cups is perfect for a quick cup of joe before heading out to explore the city. And speaking of exploration, our location can't be beat - we're just two blocks away from the Saratoga Race Track and three blocks from Downtown Saratoga and Broadway.

Our fully stocked and equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, and the 55-inch smart TV in the living room with FREE cable with the Spectrum App is perfect for movie nights. Central air and heating ensure that you'll be comfortable no matter the season.

Off-street parking is available for one vehicle, while the rest can utilize free on-street parking. Linens, towels, and bath consumables are also available for your convenience. And with free high-speed WiFi, you'll be able to stay connected throughout your stay.

Relax on our furnished front porch, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. And if you need to do laundry during your stay, we have a phone-app-operated washer and dryer available for your use.

Visting Saratoga Springs and Skidmore College for a grandchild's graduation, the litle apartment was absolutely perfect for the 3 nights we stayed. Well-equiped, clean, and welcoming, we will be coming back.

Thank you Amy, for the kind words! This is a 100-year-old six unit Victorian. There are other guests are in the building and we do have quiet hours posted, but not everybody follows the rules, unfortunately. We did remove the listing that combined some of the units, so no more large groups are allowed to rent multiple units. Had we known there was a problem with noise, we certainly would have addressed it. I'm sorry we were not aware that a previous guest unplugged the modem and was glad that plugging it is fixed the problem. You were a great guest and we hope to host you in the future. Be well, Tim

Saratoga stay

I had the opportunity to be in town for business, and I prefer a VRBO over a hotel. This place was perfect for my stay. It was conveniently located close to stores and restaurants, while being in a nice quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and comfortable and came as advertised. If I am back in Saratoga Springs I would definitely look to stay here again. Five stars for sure!

Location, location, location ! This place has a perfect location we parked our car on Wednesday and didn’t move it until we left. The place is nicely appointed and the host was responsive and friendly. Place is perfect for 2 people. The listing says it sleeps 4 but the bathroom in “en-suite “, and the bedroom door doesn’t close because the bed is too large for the small room. So it really doesn’t accommodate 2 couples.
