This spacious home has three large bedrooms and three full baths on a quiet and secluded large lot within the gated golf paradise of PGA West. Enjoy the huge new private salt water pool, spa and fire pit in the back yard! Includes 6'x12' tanning ledge, multiple spillways, LED color lights, lounge chairs, outdoor eating area with covered table, BBQ and umbrellas. Your own private world class retreat in the back yard!

There is a 75" flat screen TV in the main living room next to a second flat screen ready for you to use with your favorite streaming service. Each bedroom also has its own internet-connected flat screen. All rooms also include G00gle Nest speakers with free G00gle/YouTube music subscription.

** New professional pool as well as new wood (laminate) flooring installed throughout living areas and all bedrooms.

The home has large open areas for you and your guests to relax, including couches, comfy chairs, bar stools and patio furniture in the back yard. The bar includes a large wine refrigerator as well as plenty of space for your favorite spirits.

In the morning, make your favorite espresso drink using the Breville Barista Touch, which guides you via touch screen to made the perfect latte, cappuccino, flat white or coffee (and many other drinks) including built-in coffee grinder and milk steamer. Also provided is a Keurig machine and standard coffee maker for the less adventurous :)

Relax by the gorgeous saltwater pool in the back yard and enjoy the warm desert sunshine as you watch the bighorn sheep traverse the mountain behind the house. They may even come into the backyard if you're particularly lucky. Warm up next to the firepit at night and bask in the illuminated mountain views behind the house. Large grapefruit tree and two orange trees on the property.

The PGA West community has nine spectacular golf course, five of which are available for public play. This home is just off the 14th hole of the private Palmer Course. Immediately next door is the gorgeous Silver Rock golf course, open for public play. Of course, there are many fantastic golf courses in the La Quinta and greater Palm Springs area, as well as hiking, mountain biking, shopping, fine dining and entertainment and virtually every other activity you could envision!

Executed lease required. Tenants must provide copy of valid government photo ID. Security deposit required.

I highly recommend the Painted Mtn Retreat in PGA West.

The property was as advertised. with a good location on the Palmer course but very private and sort of off in a corner. We had a few minor issues with the house come up during our 2 month stay but Gary was very responsive and made sure our experience was excellent. He even managed to get us some tickets to the AMEX golf tournament! Thank you. We plan to return. Overall rating from me is 5 stars.

Quiet and Private

We arrived to find a very clean house that was well provisioned with everything from pool toys to an espresso machine. The house sits several houses away from the golf course tees (no golfer noise) and so there's a straight on view to the mountain. The host was very responsive and eager to accommodate any issues during the month that we stayed this winter. This review is based on the host's intent to replace some of the living room furniture that is to be replaced later this winter.

Spacious home in beautiful area

Step onto the patio of this home or simply gaze out the windows and the Santa Rosa Mountains rise before you. The home is spacious, with comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. The owner, Gary, was very responsive to our questions, making it a pleasure to work with him. One thing to keep in mind is that the casita is attached and is within the house itself. It is an ensuite bedroom with a door in the garage entry hallway, next to the other guest room and across from the laundry room and has another door which leads outside. A very nice feature is that the large ensuite master bedroom is at the opposite side of the house, affording plenty of privacy. We recommend trying this home.
