Keyless entry ensures ease of access, with the door code provided before your check-in date.

The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.
Pool heating is available at an additional $30 daily fee (plus taxes) for a minimum of 3 days and must be requested for your entire reservation.
Request should be made at least 3 days before check-in, with payment to be sent once requested.
* Pool size is 10' X 4' deep.
A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.

Bath towels, linens, and pool towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

* If you need a pack-n-play or highchair, please let us know in advance, and we will be happy to provide them as a courtesy.

Great location, comfortable and spacious

Stayed here with my family of 7. Plenty of room for our teenager to have her own space while the four younger kids enjoyed theirs. Location was great, close to Disney parks, restaurants, and stores. The pool is small, but was nice to have when the kids wanted to swim and we wanted to relax. Site amenities are nice, pool and water slides were a blast for the kids.

Townhouse was overall good. We enjoyed our time there and cheaper then other townhouses in Windsor. A few issues with the cleanliness; the floors were dirty and the pool area was a big let down. When we arrived and the pool was turning green, debris at the bottom of the pool and on the pool deck and water level was low. We did contact the owner and they sent someone out a few days later to clear up the water quality; which definitely helped! We were a group of 4 adults and we felt there wasn't enough towels, washcloths and hand towels available .We purchased a few extras to get us by. Positives - updated kitchen, both main bedrooms had King beds, washer and dryer in the townhouse and comfy furniture.
