Welcome to Evergreen Escape at Lake Chelan! Recently updated, charming, large 2 story home with 3 beds/3 baths, a bunk room, loft, and ample parking. This beautiful home is conveniently located lakeside, just three minutes walking distance from the beautiful sandy beaches at Lakeside Park and a short five-minute drive to downtown Chelan for delicious food, wine and shopping!

Evergreen Escape features a wraparound deck with outdoor seating and dining. Ample dedicated parking spaces with enough room for even an RV or boat! A large backyard for cookouts, entertainment and yard games. The updated fully stocked kitchen features a large dining table which seats eight, with additional seating for four at the bar.

There are smart TVs in the living room, bunk room, loft and bedrooms. Each TV is loaded with plenty of streaming services to use: YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, HBO, and Amazon Prime Video. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet allows streaming from anywhere, including your personal devices.

Spacious for our family. Everyone enjoyed the separation or spaces and multiple areas to hang out, play games and walk to the park. Loved the wrap around porch. Definitely recommend. We also want to say how responsive our host was to little questions we had. Best response time we’ve ever received from a host.

Our family came to celebrate our son’s wedding. This house and host exceeded our hopes and helped make our stay on the lake perfect. Our family thoroughly enjoyed mornings on the porch, evening bbqs, and the comfort of this spacious place. Great spot a block from the lake, and plenty of parking. Holly was a perfect owner, answering all our questions swiftly and being so welcoming. This is the only house for us when we return to Chelan!

We had a lovely stay at this lakeside home. It took only about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. One couple slept in the bunk bed room and it's important to know the top bunks are limited to 110lbs (which makes sense and wasn't a problem for us). After only a day of being there, we were already talking about coming back in the future. Thank you!

Great Stay in the Heart of Chelan!

We loved our stay here! The house was the perfect size for our group, was immaculately clean and had every amenity we could need. We loved that it was within walking distance to the park (we spent 2 afternoons floating there) and it was just a short drive to town. (We also highly recommend renting a pontoon boat for the day - so much fun!) We appreciate the hosts sharing their beautiful home with us and highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend at the Lake

We loved the open feeling of this beautiful lake house! We were able to walk to swim everyday, enjoy the town of Chelan and explore the state parks and Chelan Butte really easily, and we all slept soundly on comfy beds. The grouse families puttering around in the mornings at dusk were a sweet bonus.

Everegreen escape Chelan

As described, very close to downtown Chelan. Place was clean, stocked, well decorated, and had plenty of room for group of 8 ppl. Beds were comfy and appreciated that the house had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. Added benefit that it was walking distance to the waterfront and beach access. Would definitely come here again.
