The home was perfect for my daughter and me celebrating special events together. The view of Lake Chelan was incredible, the private pool wonderful, and the spaces to rest, play, cook, and spend time were spacious, modern, and cozy. Our hosts were responsive, helpful, and communicative. We had a wonderful experience and would happily return and recommend stay at this home.

A lovely setting on a quiet street with excellent views of Lake Chelan and mountains.Very comfortable beds and pillows. Outdoor patio areas were very nice and pool was very nice with good temperature.A few minor issues however--patio screen door kept falling off the track, there was no dishwasher soap and the hallway bath's hair dryer was broken. Two ladies had to share one dryer--not ideal. Also, the kitchen undercabinet lights could not be turned off--never could find the switch.We will return and hope the small issues have been fixed.

The house, pool, and yard were all very clean, and the view was fantastic from both inside the house and from the deck and pool area. We also liked the open layout and minimalist furnishings. The home itself felt spacious, comfortable, and uncluttered.Unfortunately, the kitchen was the complete opposite. The cabinets and drawers were extremely overcrowded and disorganized, making it difficult to find even basic items. There were excessive duplicates, including four colanders, six sets of measuring spoons, seven spatulas, and two full sets of dishes, etc. with items scattered throughout different drawers and shelves. The kitchen needs to be thoroughly sorted, reduced, and reorganized. The pool was spotless, and we enjoyed it very much. However, a privacy panel is needed along the side of the pool. The neighbors park directly beside the pool railing, putting them at eye level with guests sitting in the lounge chairs. This creates an uncomfortable lack of privacy.The most serious problem is the iregular set of stone steps leading to the back deck. They have no railing and no lighting, making them a major safety hazard, especially after dark. This is not a minor inconvenience or cosmetic issue. It needs immediate attention before someone falls and is seriously injured.This is a beautiful property with an excellent view and pool, but the hazardous steps and severely cluttered kitchen should be addressed.

Perfect!

Really great vacation home. The views were lovely and this place is so well equipped with all your needs. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. We tried to take every opportunity to eat our meals outside to enjoy the views, so it was nice that there's a designated deck that could provide us that space. Highly recommend staying here for a long weekend.

Kitchen was very well stocked. Home was very clean over all, corners and edges of floors could have been swept a little more. Wi-Fi was good. Easy check in and clear instructions for check out. Would suggest homeowner install privacy screen on shared driveway side of pool. Pool was clean. Nice chairs for outside areas.

We had fun. TV's didnt work, and we had to do some troubleshooting to figure out the internet (it was unplugged). Pool was great, view was great.

Rest & Relaxation

We had a very nice time in Chelan. For most of us, this was our first time. Great location. The home is beautiful, spacious and well equipped with kitchen gadgets. The pool was put to good use. The only negative was that we did not have any bath towel sets for all bathrooms. We finally got that resolved a few days later. Also, don't run the microwave and toaster at the same time. The circuit will trip. We needed someone to come by and click the switch box in a locked room (only took 5 mins) - very minor. Overall, we had a great time and will be back.

House was great for us with 2 families there. Plenty of room. Kitchen very well equipped. Each bathroom only had 2 lg towels and no extras anywhere so that was an issue. No beach towels provided for pool. There wasn't a skimmer for pool although pool guy came 2nd day and left one for us. View from house is AMAZING and proximity to town wonderful. Great outdoor space with different areas although it would have been nice if there was a porch or something in the front of house to enjoy the view from. Plenty of parking since we had 3 cars. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

We had an amazing time. Although it was too cold to use the pool, we definitely took advantage of the hot tub. Parking is good for 3 cars with pull through parking making it easy to unload luggage. Close to cafe’s, tasting rooms in downtown Manson. Beautiful views of the lake! Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen.

Great stay with a Great view

The property is very nice, clean, and has an awesome view! The kids loved having their own space in the basement and of course playing the pool and hot tub. I called the property management company about a very minor issue which they quickly resolved. We will definitely stay here again.

Good Manson location

The house is great! Nice updates and thoughtful layout for family group. It is not super kid friendly given the multiple sets of stairs and the outdoor back patio area is rock wall steps and sloped areas. However, our kids were 1 and 1.5 months old, so new walkers struggled. The pool was fabulous. The outdoor seating area was great. The bonus room was perfect for the 4 year and kids to play, watch movies, and relax inside. Kitchen was the best stocked rental we have ever seen!

Had to call for bath towels, no lights outside going to upper deck, no cable or instructions for tv’s broken pocket door on downstairs bedroom, blinds melted to windows in one of the upstairs bedrooms, bottom portion of freezer not working, drain in downstairs shower not working, deceptive house description, the lights outside were truly a safety hazard. Your website should let people know you don’t supply pool towels. The master bedroom mattress was the only decent mattress.

We appreciate your feedback. We supply towels depending on the occupancy and if you need more, we are happy to assist. We have fixed the electrical issue since and are very sorry that we could not resolve this during your stay. We are addressing the other items mentioned and hope to meet your standard next time.

Your own private retreat.

Booking, check-in and check-out was smooth as the lake Chelan in the morning. Private, quiet, comfort with a beautiful view and convenient access to fun things to entertain everyone. The property was well equipped with everything you might want.
