Miramar beach stay

Everything was great besides the sliding glass doors. They were so heavy and got stuck in the track a lot..

Not Clean

Please beware of roaches! (Especially those with kids) We had planned a much-needed family getaway only to have it ruined by roaches. We were stuck, no other accommodations were available! Overall not a clean unit. The fee for cleaning was high too! So the job was not being done! The only plus was it is directly across from the beach, so because of this I gave it two stars. Otherwise, none at all.

Not happy with this stay, dirt, bugs, and rude neighbors

Condo we rented was not really clean as upon arrival we find food remains in sink, floors in condo was in need of cleaning leaving our socks black each day walking on them, cable tv and internet stopped working on regular basis with no directions or manual on how to use the multiple remotes that was there, neighbors upstairs moving stuff or jumping around until 2:30 in morning, neighbor two doors down hall leaving bags of dog poop outside their door all week with 5 of them there when we left and the final issue bugs. We were finding bugs the first couple days but as the week went on they became more and more. App on phone identified them as cockroaches but not 100% sure. We will never use this vacation company again. This is like our 5 year staying in this complex with the last three using this company but we won't be back.

Never Again.

This place was nasty. Never again. Drove 8 hours got right on check in time.. to just to have issues with out key code.. waited outside till this got resolved. Were missing parking pass called abr it right away said someone will deliver it week lager still no passes. Walked in towels were everywhere folded but all over the place. Mirrors were nasty. TOILETS DISGUSTING. BROWN RESIDUE ALL OVER IT DRIED UP. Bug traps everywhere, as well as bugs themselves imagine sitting on the couch and bugs just crawling up you. The place looked like it wasnt vacuumed. The furniture was dirty.. for how much this place costs youd think the condo wpuld be a little more up to date. THE DRYER DID NOT WORK FOR CLOTHES. not to mention no hair dryer like any typical place was included either had to pur hase our own. This place was nasty. The people above us were horrible, loud all night no "quiet hours" and made our room reek of Marijuana when I tried to clear this up.. nobody answered. Trash was all the way across the complexes. No chutes or anything. place was so bad and disappointing we left a night early from our week stay. Please get new cleaning people and deal with the bug situation.

Very disappointed in cleanliness

To start, the code to checkin/enter the condo was wrong. So we had to wait for the rental company to send a new code. Upon entering, we were unable to find the parking passes that were supposed to be locate inside the condo. The rental company was made aware, but they were never found/delivered. While unpacking we noticed a bunch of the small plastic roach traps. Most set out on the floors, in corners and under cabinets, and one on the kitchen counter. That evening we found out why. When I say the condo was infested with roaches! We probably my killed a dozen each day we were there. It was disgusting. They primarily stayed in the kitchen area, but as the week went one, they migrated throughout the condo. The rental company was made aware immediately, and their response was “apologies”. We were hoping they would send someone out to spray, but nothing ever happened. Midway through the week, the rental company said the property manager informed them that someone would be entering the condo at some point for “construction”, giving little to no details about time and day. With small children and personal belongings, this was unnerving. The cleanliness of the condo was very poor. Besides the roaches, your feet would be black within minutes of walking barefoot, there was dust coating the walls and hanging pictures. Light fixtures were crooked, half the lightbulbs throughout were out or missing, and the lamps in the bedroom didn’t work.

The condo was very old, needs a good cleaning and update

The ice maker didn’t work, dryer didn’t get hot, con webs on light fixture, found a roach, gate code was given wrong… over all a bad experience. The beach was good, as always

The beds were too hard felt like we were sleeping on a cardboard box on the floor even the bunk beds felt like that the sofa bed was not comfortable either

Needs some TLC

It’s clear from the photos of the property that it is a little outdated which I was okay with at the time of booking but by the end of the stay it became an annoyance. The tv in the bedroom only has one volume the ceiling fan light in there doesn’t work, the water pressure from the shower head is terrible, and nearly every dish in the kitchen had to be washed before use because they were all dirty or grimy. One small plate I pulled out of the cabinet still had what looking like white frosting and pink cake crumbs still on it. Not to mention we could hear every footstep and movement of furniture from the condo above us- which is more a fault of the building but still. It’s a good walk to the beach and you don’t have a view from the balcony either, overall it was just a slightly “ok” stay.
