Huge space, very clean and very quiet. Beds were very comfortable, slept better than at home. Showers were great, lots of hot water. Washing machine and dryer were a big plus. Fully equipped spotless kitchen, but we never prepared meals because dozens of restaurants are within a few minutes walk and the Metro entrance is just 100 yards away. Great place!

Easy access to subway, cafes, little shopping. It’s a “moderate” area. If traveling with little kids there is all the main US fast food chains in a 5 minute walk.

Beautiful apartment in great location

We loved our stay in this apartment in the Marais. Location was excellent - close to 2 metro stations and the Marais is great in itself. Bedrooms were nice and clean and main room and balcony were great hang out areas. Would stay here again.

Great, great, great! From the check in process, to the location you won’t find a better place to stay! Spacious and all the amenities you could ask for. Absolutely spotless. Comfortable bedding. Republice subway just a few steps away. Grocery store just around the corner, pastry/coffee shop next to rental entrance and plenty of lovely cafes. Short walk to sightseeing. Thank you Mikael for the warm welcome and thorough checkin. Topped off by a welcome bottle of wine. This is the only place I would stay when I return to Paris. Merci!

Family week in Paris

Spacious apartment and accomodations made it a relaxing apartment for our family of five. Bustling neighborhood with super easy access to stores and restaurants. The multi-line metro station provided easy access to the city. Host and check-in were fantastic.

Great place, terrific host!

Our family of 4 loved staying at this place during our recent trip to Paris. The apartment has lots of space, comfy beds, and excellent amenities. The place is just steps from the metro, which makes getting around London super easy. We happened to be there during a heat wave, and the place doesn’t have AC, but that’s typical for Paris and the host made sure we had lots of fans to keep us cool. Finally, the responsiveness and communication from our host Johann was terrific. Highly recommend, and we would definitely come back!

Property was pretty much as listed but could use a paint refresh. Felt a bit tired. Very close to two metro stations. Owner was very communicative and check in and out was easy. No AC but multiple fans. Felt very safe and secure.

Multi-generational vacation

The apartment was the perfect size for our group of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. Close to the metro and great restaurants. Would recommend it to others visiting Paris.

Convenient and lovely stay in Paris

Yohann and Mickael were very responsive during our visit and made checking in/out so easy. This place was super clean and tidy and during our visit we had cold weather so inside was cozy and comfortable. The proximity to the train station was a big bonus here as well to get around in Paris. Overall we enjoyed the peace of mind having everything close by and highly recommend to any future guests!

Great property in central Paris

We loved this flat in Paris! It was a perfect location for walking most places or a short metro ride anywhere we wanted to go. The living space was fantastic for our family and all bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. We couldnt have asked for a better place. Communicatiom was excllent and check-in/check-out was seamless. Had a great experience and stay in Paris! Check-in process above and beyond, with someone meeting us to show us all the keys and codes to get in, how to use the washer/dryer, etc. The flat is bigger than I expected! We are a family of 5 and had more than enough room. Love that it’s a classic Parisian building and the neighborhood is great. Close to grocery store and 2 metro stops. Those not used to city living might find the front bedroom a bit noisy, but other 2 are very quiet. We were not there during the heat wave, but still summer and were comfortable without a/c. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family week in Paris

The 5 of us were extremely comfortable in the apartment which is in a lively neighborhood right next to the Place de la Republique- restaurants, cafes, shops. Optimum location for whatever plans you may have in mind. Yohan is very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Perfect place for a group in a great neighborhood!!

We loved Azur house !! It is extremely comfortable with plenty of space. We were three generations (5 in total) and we all loved it. Great kitchen, nice soace for dining table and very comfy couch with plenty of room for all of us. Beds were super comfortable and having two bathrooms and two toilets was key. Lastly the location is amazing. Super easy to get anywhere you want to go using the metro and very close walk to tons of great sights. Highly recommended!!

Perfect spot
