Great property in central Paris

We loved this flat in Paris! It was a perfect location for walking most places or a short metro ride anywhere we wanted to go. The living space was fantastic for our family and all bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. We couldnt have asked for a better place. Communicatiom was excllent and check-in/check-out was seamless. Thank you

Perfect place for a group in a great neighborhood!!

We loved Azur house !! It is extremely comfortable with plenty of space. We were three generations (5 in total) and we all loved it. Great kitchen, nice soace for dining table and very comfy couch with plenty of room for all of us. Beds were super comfortable and having two bathrooms and two toilets was key. Lastly the location is amazing. Super easy to get anywhere you want to go using the metro and very close walk to tons of great sights. Highly recommended!!

Convenient and lovely stay in Paris

Yohann and Mickael were very responsive during our visit and made checking in/out so easy. This place was super clean and tidy and during our visit we had cold weather so inside was cozy and comfortable. The proximity to the train station was a big bonus here as well to get around in Paris. Overall we enjoyed the peace of mind having everything close by and highly recommend to any future guests!

Family week in Paris

The 5 of us were extremely comfortable in the apartment which is in a lively neighborhood right next to the Place de la Republique- restaurants, cafes, shops. Optimum location for whatever plans you may have in mind. Yohan is very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Multi-generational vacation

The apartment was the perfect size for our group of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. Close to the metro and great restaurants. Would recommend it to others visiting Paris.

4 Days in Paris

The apartment was large, but had some inconveniences. Only one bathroom had a shower AND the toilet in the same room. There was no outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer. The location was convenient to the Metro station, but is on the outer edge of theMarais .

Great Spot

We were all very happy with this rental. I had reserved the property for 4 of us, although one cancelled and we were only 3. We all felt the same: 1. The location was very convenient; La Republique was a great hub Metro station. 2. We loved the common area and hung out there frequently. It really improved the overall experience greatly. 3. The balcony overlooking the street we stayed on was a big hit. We would immediately over the sliding doors when coming home. 4. The bakery two doors down was as good as advertised. Overall, we were quite satisfied and the apartment provided a good starting point for allowing us to enjoy the rest of our trip.

Absolutely perfect. Communications were excellent. The apt. is exactly as pictured. It was comfortable, clean, spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect spot

Owner/manager very helpful and communicative. Flat was just what we needed and described perfectly. Very nice place, great location. Building is a bit creaky but not a problem. Generous and helpful hosts.

Christmastime in Paris

Good, safe location. Apartment was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the bakery downstairs and were able to walk to most sites from here. The elevator was not working - be aware it is a 3rd floor walkup. We did need to meet someone to get the key but were able to leave it in apartment upon leaving. Host was very responsive.

Wonderful Stay Near Place de la Republique

Introducing our extended family to Paris

We rented the apartment for three weeks and had our children and their families stay a week each. We especially appreciated both the size and location of this property. The living area was bright, spacious and comfortable. The dining table comfortably seats 8, and the kitchen is well equipped for meals at home. The location, a half block from Republique, means there are many shops and metro lines just steps away. Yohann was quick to respond to any issues that arose while we’re there. A special nod to the cleaners, who came to clean between families. They were prompt and did an excellent job. We loved the vibrancy of the area and got to know some of the shopkeepers, especially at the fromageries, boulangeries and produce stores. It was fun to pretend to live like Parisians in our Haussmann apartment!

Paris Vacation

Spacious apartment in a busy area

This 3-bedroom apartment had room for all of us—6 adults and a preteen. Well-supplied kitchen and large dining table served us well for breakfasts and informal evening meals. Full-length windows opened onto a small balcony, giving good views of street life 3 floors below, and the spacious living room worked well. Just a short walk to the Place de la Republique—the metro, RER, and taxi stand made transport to other parts of the city easy. The windows were effective in blocking out the street noise. An excellent artisanal boulangerie was just a short walk down the street, and walking to other parts of the Marais was easy. It would have been very helpful to have more than 2 sets of keys to the apartment.

Highly recommend

The apartment is very spacious, clean, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the location and the space inside. The property managers are easy to communicate with, helpful, respond quickly and help. It is a great place to stay.

Family trip to Paris

Our stay was great! The flat was exactly how it was advertised. Lots of room, very comfortable and great location, very convenient to two metro stations. The only negative was a strange smell in the refrigerator. We would definitely stay here again.

Location Location Location

This property is ideal for a family vacation. Very roomy and located centrally to metro lines, Monoprix, restaurants and shops. Anything one needs very close. Even without a/c, an abundance of fans and tall windows provided comfortable sleeping in July.

Great location, situated in between two metro stations only a few steps away! Also many restaurants with different cuisines very close as well as the bakery just down stairs! The property was clean and well represented by the photo's. Yohann was also great with his communications and in answering our questions. Also several fans available to help keep you cool! Would definitely return to this location if we visit Paris again.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay here on our trip to Paris. We were a quick Metro ride away from everything we wanted to see. The apartment was very quaint and comfortable for our family of six. Thank you to our host who was both kind and responsive. :)
