FLIP FLOP HOLIDAY is 2 miles east of Rosemary Beach & the famed 30A corridor. Carillon Beach, known as the “Village by the Sea,” is a magical community that seems to transport you back in time to when life was enjoyed at a slower, gentler pace.

Carillon Beach is family-friendly, featuring lovely tree-lined promenades & quiet streets with little traffic. A quaint community reminiscent of an old New Orleans-style neighborhood, with a charming “Cottage District,” where FLIP FLOP HOLIDAY is nestled in a tree-lined courtyard. Here you will find cobbled sidewalks & trees wrapped in lights, creating a lovely, romantic ambience at night! Bedroom #3 (downstairs) with one Queen size bed, detached full bath with walk-in shower & teak shower seat. (Perfect for those folks who prefer not to climb up to the 2nd story.......)
We sleep EIGHT GUESTS comfortably!

All three bedrooms come with large smart TVs for your streaming pleasure. *All bedroom TV's updated to new larger screens in December 2025.

All bedrooms have closets & clothes storage (dressers & under-bed drawers). We also provide luggage stands in each of the bedrooms.

All beds are made with high quality bed linens, quilt/comforter, & 4 pillows. Extra blankets are provided in each bedroom closet.

All bedrooms, & the Living Room, come equipped with Ceiling Fans. We also provide box fans & small fans for “White Noise” to lull you into restful slumber.

Fully equipped, full-size Kitchen. We provide lots of extras to include: dishwasher soap, dish soap, aluminum foil, kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen hand towels/1 dish cloth, a variety of cooking oils/basic spices, coffee, coffee filters, & food storage bags at no extra cost to our guests! (This saves both time AND money at the grocery store for our guests!)

We also provide a Waffle Iron, hand-held Mixer, Crock Pot, ICE CREAM MAKER, Coffee Bean Grinder, BLENDER for frozen concoctions, & Three different Coffee Pots/Makers for your use. We are set up for full meal prep with everything you will need to prepare most meals! At Flip Flop Holiday Beach House, meal prep is easy and convenient, saving our guests money!

Bellview, closest to Flip Flop Holiday, is heated seasonally. Designated as the "family" pool, it is located at the end of our street, within easy walking distance for the kids, parents, and grandparents!
Lake Carillon Pool is heated seasonally, and was just renovated in 2026. Designated as the "adult" pool, prohibiting children who are not yet potty trained.
Gulfview Pool is NOT heated, but offers stunning Gulf Views!

Bellview Children’s Playground, Playhouse, & Pool are located at the end of our block, within a minute's walk.

Tennis, Basketball, & refurbished PICKLE BALL COURTS!

Carillon Beach is located all on the coastal side of Highway 98, easily accessible via 8 private Dune Beach Walkovers that take you directly to the beautiful Emerald Waters & Sugar White Sands of the Gulf: NO highways to cross, providing almost a mile of quiet beaches with private access only.
At Flip Flop Holiday Beach House in Carillon Beach, you will NEVER have beach access difficulties that you may have heard of off of 30A!
