White Caps Inn is the perfect home for your next vacation! The large open floor plan is perfect for a big family or group of friends! The home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. The main floor has a private main floor bedroom suite with a full bathroom. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace perfect to sit around and read a good book! (queen sofa sleeper in the living room). Large dining table in the center of the house looking out to family room and kitchen. Gourmet Chefs kitchen with a HUGE center island, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and fully stocked to prepare delicious meals during your stay! The second floor has an additional king bedroom and Jack & Jill bathroom leading you to another room with 2 twin beds. Incredible Master bedroom suite with a huge private deck looking out at the palm trees! Gorgeous master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Also on the second floor is a bunk room perfect for kids! Take the spiral staircase up to the cupola for stunning ocean views!! (there is also a pull out ottoman twin bed up there for additional sleeping).

Carillon Beach is a private gated community on the west end of Panama City Beach. We are bound by the Gulf of Mexico to the south, Lake Powell to the west & Highway 98 to the north. It is the perfect location & atmosphere for a quiet, relaxing family vacation. The beach is one block south of the home. It takes less than a 5 minute walk and your feet are touching our Gorgeous white beaches! You have the choice between White Caps Inn's private pool, the beach, or one of Carillons three community pools, it doesn't get much better than that! This home also offers beach service for 4 (4 lounges, 2 umbrellas) between March 3rd and October 13th.

We are a family from the St. Louis, Missouri area. Our family has been vacationing at Carillon Beach for decades. We Love it so much we bought White Caps Inn beach house so that we can enjoy it more often. Three of my siblings have also purchased homes in Carillon Beach. We hope to welcome you as our guests and trust you will enjoy the home as much as we do.

Why Owner chose Laguna Beach
We were sold on the five bedrooms and private pool. The outdoor living space is phenomenal. And the fact that the house is less than a two minute walk to the beach! Carillon Beach is such a Hidden Gem! The layout of the house and all of the bedrooms makes it the perfect place for the whole family to vacation! We also loved the open floor plan and huge porches!
What makes this House unique
Our house has a usable fenced-in backyard with a private pool, That is hard to come by! We also enjoy the full size designated laundry room. In the evening we enjoy taking the spiral staircase up to the cupola and watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico! The outdoor shower at the back door is so convenient to rinse off from the beach before jumping into our private pool!

Couldn’t be better!
We loved White Caps Inn. It has so many amenities...close to the beach, private pool, spacious with plenty of bedrooms and baths and a big front porch for lounging. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Couldn’t be better!
House was gorgeous! Very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our large group. Exceptionally clean.

Fun In the Sun
White Capps Inn was absolutely beautiful, the description that is given on the website was spot on. The layout is perfect for large families and very child friendly. The property was well-maintained to the tiniest of details both inside and out. The location of the property is great for those who love Panama City or Destin but don't want to be in the hustle and bustle, it is only a 10 minute drive to Pier Park. Tara the manager of the property was awesome to deal with, to our complete surprise there was a lovely beach bag filled with goodies as a welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived. I would whole heartedly recommend this home. My family and I plan on making many more wonderful memories here.

Best property at Carillon Beach!
Absolutely love this property! You can't beat this home for your vacation stay. We have rented many properties over the years in Florida, most of them at Panama City Beach. We have rented this home for a week in August for the last 3 years. We also once rented it for a month in the winter. It is hands down the best property for the money. How many homes have 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with it's own private pool? This home is decorated beautifully and, best of all, it is very clean. It is located in our favorite, gated community with 3 pools and a tennis court. It is an easy walk to the beach pool and the beach. Just walking the community is a fun activity and, of course, walking the beach is even better. I really can't say enough good things about this home and the owners. Try it -- you will love it there.

i would not recommend this house! House was hot and not clean (needed a good dusting of furniture , walls, ceiling fans and blinds...found a used pull-up under a bed.) The pool had lots of green algae growth. The charcoal grill was disgusting and the gas grill had no gas. The owners response to the grills was either clean the charcoal grill or go and refill the gas tank for the gas grill. The front and back door was really hard to lock and unlock. When it rained the street flooded the entire property including the pool.
Alisa, I apologize if you were not satisfied during your vacation at White Caps Inn. Our priority is to make sure that guests have a wonderful vacation & enjoy our home. Unfortunately we can not control the weather and there was an unusual amount of rain during your stay, which is why we had the pool company come out and service the pool twice so that you could still enjoy the pool. Deep cleaning on turnover days is very difficult due to the 6 hour window before the next guest checks-in however we recently made a cleaning adjustment by adding a weekly deep cleaning schedule in addition to the typical cleaning check-list so that we can keep up with dusting in the Summer Season. We have had 48 great reviews in the past and have never received a bad review like this so we are very disappointed as well. White Caps Inn is one of the highest repeat rented houses in Carillon Beach and I am very sorry you did not have a similar experience as everyone else.
Amazing house, amazing vacation!
This is the second year our family has stayed at White Caps Inn. The house is beautiful with plenty of room, but our favorite thing is the private pool!
The communication with the property manager was exceptional. The owners really care that you have a wonderful vacation, and even included a welcome bag! We hope to come back again!

THE FOLLOWING RENTAL WEEKS/DATES REQUIRE A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM SATURDAY CHECK-IN AND A SATURDAY CHECK-OUT: SPRING BREAK WEEKS (First Saturday in March through the first Saturday in April), ALL SUMMER WEEKS (Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through the second Saturday in August), and FALL BREAK (first two weeks of October). Please do not request a reservation before or after any of these time periods that will break up these specific weeks which require a Saturday to Saturday reservation. Please message, email, call or text Tara if you have any questions! have the option between the non-refundable $59 Insurance protection policy or a $1500.00 damage deposit that will be refunded if no damage 7-10 days after the end of the reservation. E-Checks are our preferred payment method because there is a 3% credit card transaction fee.
