This family home of more than 300 square metres, built over 3 levels, comprises:
- On the ground floor, a beautiful living room with kitchen opening onto the lounge and its magnificent fireplace, all giving access to the lake-view terrace.
On this level there are also 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms overlooking the lake. There is also a lounge area with television and sofa bed and his bathroom.
- Upstairs, there is a wonderful master bedroom with shower and bath and stunning views over Lake Annecy, as well as 3 children's bedrooms and a bathroom.
On this floor, you'll find a babyfoot to challenge your friends and family!
- On the garden level, two enclosed garages give access to the villa's grounds.
The grounds feature a lovely heated swimming pool with a magnificent view over Lake Annecy, and a petanque area. Perfect for relaxing afternoons in the Annecy sunshine.
