Stay minutes away from the best of the Poconos:

Entertainment: Kalahari Water Park (5 mins), Camelback Mountain, Mount Airy Casino, and the Crossings Premium Outlets.

Convenience: Aldi, CVS, Walmart, and ShopRite are all within a short 5-10 minute drive.

Pet Policy
We are happy to welcome your dogs!

Fee: A flat $100 pet fee per stay.

Rules: Maximum of 2 dogs. Please ensure pets are supervised and you clean up all waste to avoid additional cleaning fees. Note: Please keep pets off furniture and beds. No leaving pet home unattended without being left in create.

Important Stay Details
HOA Registration: Per community rules, we must register your group 48 hours before arrival. We will send you a simple registration link after booking! 100 $ late registration fee for all guest who haven't summited form before 48 hours

Amenity Access: Passes can be purchased at anytime during your stay just let me know if you wish to purchase:

1-Day: $20 | 3-Day: $30 | 7-Day: $50 (Children under 2 are free).

Parking: Strictly limited to 4 cars. No street parking is permitted by the HOA.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 or older.

Peace & Quiet: No fireworks or loud outdoor parties. Violations carry a $500+ fine from the community.

The "Poconos Way" (Trash Disposal)
To keep our mountains clean and prevent bears from visiting the porch, guests manage their own trash via the community compactor.

Compactor Access: A trash badge is provided in the home (Replacement fee: $50).

Hours: Tue, Sat, Sun (9 AM–5 PM) | Thu (11 AM–7 PM).

Check-out Pro-Tip: If checking out on a Mon/Wed/Fri (when the compactor is closed), please take bags to Panther Waste (5 mins away) for just $3.00/bag. This ensures you aren't stuck with trash on your way home!
