Amazing Downtown Larimer Condo
This LoDo property is just minutes from Larimer Square, Coors Field, & Union Station. It is also close to Elitch Gardens amusement park, Store, the Pepsi Center, the Convention Center, Illegal Peteâs, Retro, Chipotle & many more restaurants & bars. Walk just one block to 16th Street Mall (free shuttel), downtown Denverâs busiest dining and shopping district. You're close, but not too close to everything. Building includes a weight room, shuffle board, pool table, large BBQ area, sauna, steam room, tennis court, basketball court, & hand ball court. (indoor pool and hot tub are currently closed for renovation.)
It also includes guest parking, which is very rare for any Downtown Condo!!
Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.

I give my guests space but am available when needed
In most cases when arriving during the day Iâll meet you in the lobby to show you around the building. If Iâm unavailable Iâll leave an envelope at with the front desk with instructions. This is not a hotel and the 24 hour front desk will not answer your questions, but the envelope will have a key (fob) and instructions so that you can access the unit. Another key will be in the unit. Prior to the rental period Iâll also email you the information.
The building also requires all occupants to have a rental agreement on file 24 hours prior to arrival, so this will need to be signed in advance.
