Plenty of gathering space including an upstairs living room with fireplace, family room downstairs with bar area and games including bumper pool, foosball, and air hockey. ATV and snowmobile friendly. Large trex deck with gas grill and a fire pit to enjoy the beautiful Lake Arrowhead sunsets
