Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located only 4 miles from Spanish Springs Town Square, and 6 miles away from the Lake Sumter Town Square.

You will have a 2 seater gas golf cart so enjoy those drives to whichever square you choose! (See house rules for details on golf cart usage)

Home is equipped with satellite tv, an Amazon Alexa smart speaker and a covered, screened in porch.

Guest will have full access to the home and have the ability to receive LifestyleID Passes from the Villages for $50 to enjoy all the Villages has to offer including, but not limited to pools, golf access and much more.

My wife and I spent 10 days here in Dec. 2025. The house was represented well in the pictures. The home is a little dated but you can see that in the pics. It was apportioned well and clean. Check in and check out was easy and went well. Dan the host was very accommodating and replied to all my inquiries in an extremely timely manner. The golf cart was very useful. Using the Villages app we could get gps directions to wherever we wanted to go.

Great location

Our stay was pleasant. The location was convenient to both Spanish Springs town square and Sumter town square. The property manager was easy to communicate with and pleasant personality. He always responded to our concerns and comments.

Neglected property

Dirty, neglected,house due to absentee landlord/owner/manager . Broken window blinds, dirty grimy floors, moldy frig door, peeling painted counters in bathroom, painted and varnished kitchen counters, disposal broken. Kitchen sink drain sluggish, outdoor furniture rusted and dirty, front entryway dirty and thick w embedded dirt, corroded batteries in kitchen messy junk drawer, only one kitchen towel. Only 3 butter knives All cooking pans in scratched poor condition, garage dirty and smelly, Dining chairs dirty and has peeling paint, dining table has numerous scratches and loose legs which caused table to sway and squeak, internet couldn’t be accessed, wires hanging down on wall from tv, plastic cutting boards worn and full of knife cuts, third “bedroom”? Was not really a bedroom because it had a tv cabinet with a tv in it and a rod to hang clothes on ! So if clothes were hung in it they hid the tv!, the sheets were wrinkled and gray. There were no extra blankets , I found sleeping bag I used as a blanket on cold nights, pillows are old and flat, the coffee table was so cruddy I covered it w a beach towel after I cleaned it. The smoke detector kept going off at odd hrs and the grounds are very neglected, these are just some of many more issues that made our stay in this house one of the worst ever! We couldn’t find another house for our two week stay on such notice especially for our dates of Jan 4-18th! We were stuck w it! Falsly retesrnted in their ad!

A comfortable and cozy property

An older home, it needs some updating but it was comfortable for a family of four adults. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed.

A great experience

The property manager, Dan, could not have made the booking process and our stay any easier. Fantastic gentleman to work with. The unit was a lovely, comfy place for our (2) month stay and was very convenient to the Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs town squares. Availability of a golf cart was a big plus for us to get to frequent activities at the Savannah rec center. The place was very clean upon check-in, keycode worked, wifi access easy, tv’s all ok. Everything we looked to use was there except a colander to rinse all the fresh fruits. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would entertain any unit Dan had to offer.

Great location! Loved our stay.

Traveled with family and the location was ideal between 2 squares. The golf carts were a definite plus. Everything we needed was in the house and we so appreciated the coffee and well stocked kitchen! House was very clean, and the host was very responsive. Will definitely be back!

The Perfect Base of Operations

My wife and I, along with our adult children, needed a 3br "base of operations" while visiting with family in The Villages. This home was everything we needed and more. Very comfortable, perfect location (for us), and the golf carts proved to be a very handy way to get around (along with the app that tells you how to navigate the cart paths to get where you need to go!). Moreover, the Renter (Dan) could NOT have been more responsive or communicative throughout the entire process, which was very much appreciated. Won't hesitate to rent this home again should we have similar needs in the future.

Disappointed

The pictures do not match the property. Inside or out. Stains on the rugs, landscaping has dead trees and leaves everywhere. The hot water lasted for three showers in the morning, no hot water left by 9pm. The next morning all 3 showers were cold. Messaged the manager after the first day, he said it was normal. I'm happy we had family nearby we spent the most time with. Very sad experience.

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay! We had perfect weather, great golf, wonderful pool time & good food. We loved your location. It was very convenient to the things we wanted to do. Dan was great to work with. Review

Dan Schiver was very helpful and answered our phone calls and e-mails very quickly. I said the neighborhood was fine, but the landscaping left ALOT to be desired compared with the rest of the neighborhood. Most of the windows did not open on the lanai and the screens had holes in them. In our opinion, it needs much work and it is very small and hard to move around in it.
