This charming 63 m² apartment in Courbevoie can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The apartment comprises

- A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 : double bed (140×190) and closet with hanging space
- Bedroom 2 : queen-size bed (160×200), chest of drawers and TV
- Bathroom with bathtub

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A 14 m² balcony terrace with armchairs and a table to enjoy the warm weather.

The apartment is ideally located in Courbevoie, in a very pleasant, quiet and secure environment. You'll be a 5-minute walk from La Défense and 15 minutes from public transport. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Visit the capital's must-see sites within 20 minutes : Arc de Triomphe, Sacré-Coeur Basilica, Champs-Elysées, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot. A numbered parking space in the basement is reserved for the apartment. All types of vehicles can park there.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- T2 : get off at Faubourg de l'Harche
- Bus 176 : get off at Place du 8 mai 1945
- Nearest train station : Courbevoie station 1 km away (13-minute walk)
- Nearest airport : Paris Orly airport 26 km away (approx. 55 minutes)

Havre de paix "Super apartment! It’s in a great location with plenty of boulangeries, supermarkets, restaurants and bars within 5 min walk. Very green area with lots of small parks and very safe. The apartment is really great - comfy beds, lots of space, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and a balcony. Very close to Defense station with has direction lines running into the centre of Paris in about 20 minutes. Also close to the Westfield shopping centre which has everything you could ever need. Highly recommend - thanks for a great stay!"

Havre de paix "Very excellent place to stay. 🙂 As I have personally lived in Courbevoie for several years, I preferred this place. The place is very excellently located in La Defense. Quite close to the public transport as well as in a very quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is also very comfortable and well equipped with all things needed. We were also offered a taxi from Gare Du Nord to the apartment at a good price. 🙁 The kitchen utensils were a little less. Perhaps it would have been good if there were more utensils in the kitchen. Also as there are 2 bedrooms, prefer to have two coolers or fans in the summer as it gets a bit stuffy."

Havre de paix In dem Apartment hat man sich gleich zuhause gefühlt. Alles ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig. Es gibt eine moderne Küche mit Wasserkocher und eine Pad-Kaffee-Maschine, TV mit Kabel und Disney , einen geräumigen Balkon zum Innenhof und eine gemütliche Sitzcouch. In der Tiefgarage gibt es einen eigenen Stellplatz, der Gold wert (allerdings sehr eng) ist. Im direkten Umfeld gibt es Restaurants, Supermärkte und in 10 Minuten Entfernung am Bahnhof La Défense eine riesige Mall. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage eigentlich perfekt, um Paris entspannt zu erkunden, denn von der Station La Défense kommt man schnell in die Stadt. Die Kommunikation zum persönlichen Check-In funktionierte gut (vor Ort allerdings nur auf französisch) und wir konnten sogar schon etwas früher einchecken. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (10 und 13) für 5 Tage vor Ort und können das Apartment ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van 'Westfield les 4 temps' (gigantisch winkelcentrum) en de metro, die je in 10 minuten naar de Arc de Triomph brengt (lijn 1). Het appartement is heel fijn, het heeft 2 slaapkamers, waardoor onze tienerdochter haar eigen kamer had. Het is schoon en heeft een eigen parkeerplek onder het gebouw. De toegang tot de garage en het gebouw zelf zijn afgesloten, je kunt er alleen in met je eigen 'sleutel'. 🙁 Het contact met de eigenaar verliep niet zo goed. Mailtjes werden niet beantwoord en de telefoon werd niet opgenomen toen ik hem probeerde te bellen. Uiteindelijk hebben we wel contact gehad."
