Beachwhitevilla garden StudioD, BEST BEACH/SNORKEL 60ft away,SEPT spec

We rent 2 oceanview beach apartments called A and B. Google maps: Catalina Cove
We also rent one non oceanview apartment C, and a non oceanview studio D.
At last, but not least, we have a Beach View villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
All places are on the same location.
Studio is possible to rent for two people, but also for additional charge for four people with additional bedroom with king size bed.



Studio D(max. 4 persons)
The studio is a non oceanview place with an optional bedroom. In the studio are 2 full size beds, a full furnished kitchen and living area with flatscreen television. The studio has a seperate bathroom. It is possible to rent an extra additional bedroom, with 2 beds can be used like a king bed, and you will have space for 4 people in that way. Additional bedroom is for extra charge $35 per night.

A & B (max. 2 person)
Oceanview apartments A&B overlooking the Boca cave beach. It is the best snorkeling beach of Aruba, with beautiful snorkeling and swimming in crystal clear ocean. Located between Boca Catalina and the famous Arashi beach.
The both apartments have 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. The kitchens do have everything you need, like toaster, blender, coffee and more. Apartment A has an outdoor kitchen and B has an indoor kitchen. Apartment A has also outside dining area and relaxing area with oceanview. The living area from A apartment is inside the bedroom, with king bed and ofcourse with flatscreen television. Apartment B has a big outside balcony with beach and beautifull oceanview. The apartment B is a little bit bigger than A. Apartment B has very big bedroom with king bed and with living area inside and flatscreen tv. Apartment B has also an extra space for relaxing and dining. All places ofcourse have airconditiong and hot water. All things are provided, including towels. You only need to do your own groceries. For A&B apartment you have to go inside trough the stairs.

Apartment C (max 2 person)
This groundfloor apartment has a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and kitchen. There is no oceanview, but it is still close to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need, and there is a living area inside the bedroom, with ofcourse flatscreen television. This apartment has 2 outdoor areas, one for dining and one for relaxing. Don't worry, the apartment is smaller than A&B, but still have everything you need.

All places are private and you don't have to share. The place all have 5 seconds beach distance, safe, airconditioning, grill, towels, flatscreen television, free Wifi, free use of telephone for local calls and full furnished kitchen with everything you will need. The only thing you have to do is bring your own groceries. We rent also snorkeling gear and beach chairs for guests.

We have more! We rent a 8 persons residence with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Villa has a huge outside - on the roof - terrace with spectaculair oceanview.
We are located in a safe, peacefull and quiet area, but still close to the highlights of Aruba. 5 minute drive to big grocerie, high rise hotels, casino's, restaurants, activities and more.

Another amazing visit to Aruba :)

We just returned from another amazing visit to Aruba. We love staying at this property so much - it's clean, has great views, and has wonderfully convenient access to snorkeling and to lovely, quiet, sandy beaches. We've stayed here several times and can't wait until our next visit :)

Excellent short trip option

Our 2 night stay was absolutely wonderful! Walking to the beach just down the street was the highlight of our stay! The apartment was immaculate and air conditioning worked very well. The only improvement we noticed was to improve lighting. I definitely recommend this apartment!

Beach at your footsteps

This is our second time staying here. The apartment is so clean and has everything you could need. But the most amazing part is the beach is right across the street with amazing snorkeling. I saw turtles, eels, angelfish and many more. There's also an outdoor pool that's open 24/7 that the kids were obsessed with. It's so peaceful and quiet. The grounds are stunning, beautiful flowers and trees. My family and I love this place and can't wait to return again. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to get a better toaster oven.

Another great visit!

Had an amazing time during our second stay in studio D. It is a .clean spacious unit; quiet and private;, and had comfortable beds. Viola, the owner, and her assistant Veronica, were responsive to questions and concerns with immediate follow up. Loved the accessibility to arashi and boca catalina beaches..only a few minutes walk from the villa.

Best location

We had an amazing vacation here! Everything we could think of was already provided, Veronique was very helpful and we thought it was the best location possible for the best of all Aruba has to offer. We rented studio D, very comfortable beds and pillows, we rented beach chairs for the week ($20 each for the week, big savings over paying at the beaches for chair rentals) we also rented the car available (kia picanto), it took us everywhere we wanted to go and a full tank fill cost us about $25usd We will return!

Spacious Studio with a great location

Exactly as described studio in a nice location. Every day we walked across the street for good snorkeling and walked to Arashi Beach to swim at a beach that is much better than the ones found in front of the high rise hotels. Our host were friendly, helpful, and available. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the dozens of loud atvs that travelled past our room at 6am on a couple of mornings. (IMHO ATVs are ruining both the environment and the once peaceful Aruban atmosphere we revered.)

Top marks, great value!

We were so happy renting the studio from Viola. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay within budget but still have a great location. The beach is literally steps from the house, the bus makes stops right on the corner if you want to go to the hotel area. Viola's son even managed to get fresh caught fish to grill one night...it was increible! We also stayed one night in the bigger room with the view.....so worth it, we did not spend more nights there because it was reserved for someone else otherwise, we would've stay with that view. Just a cute little corner in paradise!! Thank you Viola and family..you guys were so awesome to us! Cant wait to go back!! SYLVIA & MICHAEL

perfect Christmas in Aruba

Together with my wife, we spent six incredible days in Aruba. We stayed at Crystal Beach Villa and had a great time. The view from the terrace was priceless!!! It's a perfect location for people seeking quite beaches and great snorkeling! The villa is in immaculate condition and is very well equipped; steps from the Arashi beach and a short drive to the high-rise hotels, downtown and grocery stores (Super Foods etc). We'd recommend renting a car to fully explore the island but it's not really necessary if one wants to simply relax on the beach... There is also a bus stop right next to the villa, though never used it. Viola and her family are great and very helpful when needed. Looking forward to seeing Aruba again.......................... p.s. if we do rent a car, do yourself a favor and check out a local seafood place ZeeRover in Savaneta!!!

Great family vacation house.

We had such a great time staying in apt D of the Beach White villa. Place was exactly as pictured. Our family of 4 included two children ages 6 and 8, and there was plenty of room for all is, especially with the extra bedroom. We had our own snorkel gear and would walk across the street daily to snorkel. All the snorkeling boats come to Boca Catalina. Even saw a trumpet fish. Arashi beach 5 minutes walk, and it was nice to share the beach with locals. Would recommend a car to site see and gather groceries at Super Foods. Drink the local beer as bottles can be recycled. We cooked almost all our meals for the week and ate out just a few times. Splurged on dinner at Flying Fishbone in Saveneta. Drove the short distance to California lighthouse, undergoing renovation as of this writing, and hiked around the rugged terrain. It was beautiful. The apartment itself is well kept. AC worked great for us along with WiFi. No problems. I prefer very hot showers and water was only lukewarm. We totally enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Would not hesitate to come back.

We refused to stay at the property. The rooms were nothing like the photos. The room smelled of mold and the decor was unclean, old and faded, The windows were opened in an attempt to air out the rooms (fail). The property owner never made it back to the property that she resides to address our concerns. We requested a refund but have not received any communication. VRBO has been no help with the matter and we had to secure a place at the last minute. The chatbot is not good form of communication in such matters. We feel defrauded in the situtation. Don't walk, run!!!

The perfect spot for perfect sunsets.

A clean well run, perfectly located property. I couldn't ask for more. And, the company of Spike, which made it all that much better , as I was missing my dogs at home.

We love Aruba!

We enjoyed a 2 day visit to this property. It has a wonderful location! We enjoy snorkeling and this house is right across the street from one of the best snorkeling locations! We didn't have enough towels for the beach and our regular bathroom use but not that big of a deal.

Beautiful place and amazing location

The staff was very helpful. The place is so quiet and has excellent privacy. It's very clean and beautiful. The best part is the amazing snorkeling beach right across or another bigger beach just 5 min walk. If you like peace and quiet and gorgeous beach footsteps away then this place is perfect.

Great property, great location!

This property is steps away from Boca Catalina Beach; probably the best snorkel spot in Aruba. The house was well appointed and maintained. The property manger was very helpful. We felt like the rate was commensurate with the location and condition of the house. We would definitely return to this property. Highly recommended!

Perfect for what we wanted

A good girl friend of mine and I stayed here! It was just what we needed and literally across the street from the best little white sand beach. We showered outside in our swimming suits and then enjoyed the AC inside before getting ready to go to dinner. Loved it!

Close to a great beach

We stayed in the studio apartment. It is in a grand old mansion albeit with do-it-yourself retrofit conversion for the apartments. Plenty of space. The proximity to the beach and a great hike to the lighthouse was outstanding. It’s unfortunate that beach chairs are not included with the rental.

Studio D. Quality Building - Nice Staff

Overall a great place to stay... especially for the price. It was just me, my wife and my son. Plenty of room for us, I’d say six would be the max with the extra bedroom (just my opinion). You can easily walk to two great beaches. Drive to the lighthouse in less than 5min during the day and at night. Make sure you see the rough side of the island. Also go to Baby Beach. If you have kids go to De Plam Island. As far as the studio goes, you may be able to hear other house mates and possibly smell their cooking, but as long as everybody is basically on the same schedule, it’s not troublesome. Parking is right out front. This unit is fairly quiet, however there is a RZR place at Arashi that runs tours and you will hear them throughout the day. The studio was clean and fairly quiet and comfortable. The extra bedroom beds were a little hard for our taste. Also where the extra bedroom glass door goes out to the main entrance, the curtains are on the wrong side. The same could be said for the bathroom windows. Just a privacy/security observation. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a great place to stay since we did not want to stay near the touristy hotels. This place was much more intimate.

Loved the location

We were so glad we stayed here. The location is just across the street from a small and less busy beach which was great for snorkeling and just relaxing. The larger and more popular Arashi Beach is just down the street (5 minute walk at the most). The California light house is also very close, with great hiking and exploring in that area. It's a bit of a drive to go out to eat or get groceries, but the tradeoff was so worth it. Viola and Veronika were pleasant and helpful and just great to deal with. There is a binder with recommended places to eat and get groceries (we liked Ling and Sons SO much better than the popular and slightly closer SuperFoods). We did our laundry on site for a small fee that worked out great. Parking right in front was never a problem. The area felt safe, relaxed and residential. I'm not sure we'll repeat Aruba, but if we do, we'll definately stay here again!

Fantastic beach apartment! So glad we found your home and are planning return trip with more people!

Snorkeling daily, yoga on the beach at sunrise alone, cooking our own meals, shopping at local grocery stores, buying Rum (and getting free samples) from the rum store by Red Fish restaurant, eating at Zeerovers, working out at S4B gym, meeting Veronika, driving our own car, having a super cute apartment (studio D) with air conditioning, a well stocked kitchen, a BBQ grill and covered patio, and did I mention the BEST beach to snorkel was across the street??!! We continue to talk about Veronika and how helpful and available she was to give information, but never bothered us. I sent several emails prior to the trip to ask questions, and Viola and/or Veronika always answered quickly. I appreciated that since we had never been to Aruba and had lots of questions. We also LOVED the fact that the winds kept all bugs gone from the beach all day long! We have started gathering a bigger group with the hopes of renting again next summer. Thanks again Veronika! And we hope to meet Viola on our next trip to Aruba and your beautiful home! Deb and Kim
