Home has a fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove (no oven), toaster oven, microwave, large refrigerator & everything needed for great meals. . The home has central heating and air and has recently been updated with new windows and insulation so it is even more comfortable year round. Perfectly located on a one-acre secluded lot with over 200 feet of lake frontage, this home has spectacular views from the great room, private deck and dock. For the boating enthusiast, enjoy the home's private 50+ foot dock with electrical outlets, fresh water and 6 cleats (water depth is about 8 feet). Boat house is for owner's use only, but please feel free to dock your boat on our dock- you can easily launch your boat from the South Sauty Creek Fishing camp only 2 miles (by land & sea).
