Absolute prime location on 17th Street, below Highland. As a 100 block walk street home, there is no traffic, and no sound except the Ocean. 3 level home with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths. Ocean view decks on the 2nd and 3rd levels, with a fire pit on the 3rd level deck, office area on the 2nd floor, huge 2 car garage + gym, and driveway parking.
