We loved the spacious cottage! Our grandsons loved fishing off the dock and having 2 bathrooms and their own space upstairs was a bonus! We have already booked for next summer!

Great family property!

Enjoyed our stay at this property! It is in a central location with an easy and convenient drive to many of the places you would expect to visit when traveling to the area with children. Enough space for everyone to be comfortable, and it was a joy from the start!

Family vacation

Lovely home with great views of chatauqua lake, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable lounging furniture in family room. Shaun very responsive to all inquiries throughout booking process and vacation. Highly recommend this rental and plan to book again!

We had a great time at this location on Chautauqua Lake. Plenty of room, great size kitchen, eating area, and family room for all to gather. Everything was updated and very well kept. Also, very convenient to be able to dock our boat right at the property for easy lake access. Plenty of parking. Overall, an excellent time. Thank you

Idyllic getaway

This is one of the cleanest vacation homes ever. The very spacious, well-stocked kitchen is one of its best assets, along with the master bedroom/bath. Everyone was so comfortable! Central air made the summer stay possible. We loved hanging out on the back deck, had a bonfire, and took in the lake views. The neighborhood is quiet and super close to stores. It was an ideal holiday weekend.

The house was very nice. All updated. The grounds could have been better attended to. The lake water was nonswimable. Algae bloom and weedy. That was disappointing.

Still Heartbroken to Leave

I needed a birthday getaway to escape family and work and have peace. My kiddos tried a little to interfere. Best birthday ever and yeah, 42 now. I could sit and be happy just staring at a lake or firepit all day long. Directions? I have serious driving issues so mapped out every step by step and had no issues. I absolutely thank y'all for sharing your home w us. Last year we stayed at the Harbor Hotel, with no complaints, but having a full home was entirely worth a little bit extra. Thank you for having us. My soul still hurts from having to leave. This was my first VRBO experience so I didn't know what to expect, but the communication was great; everything was easy. Y'all are the best and get EVERY recommendation. .

This property is so good that this was my second visit. The floorplan is outstanding...walking in to the kitchen, it opens up to the whole living area with a fantastic island and tremendous counter space. Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining area, plus a nook with a breakfast or gamd playing table. I love the en suite bathroom in huge master BR. It is so quiet and peaceful sleeping at night. The deck has a table, outdoor rockers and a gas grill. Walk a few feet and you can dip into the lake. Bonfire pit made for a beautiful late evening. Close to all the stores and restaurants you may want to visit, plus ice cream shops, gas stations, major roads. Always find the property very clean, too. Shawn, the owner, is super responsive and genuinely interested in his guests' comfort. Planning on a third trip soon!

Shawn was an excellent host that went above and beyond during our stay. He replied within minutes to anything we asked. Property was extremely clean and fully stocked with anything we could possibly need! Walking through the yard to our boat was amazing! Highly highly recommended!
