Vous recherchez une location au bord du lac suffisamment grande pour votre famille élargie / vos amis? Profitez de cette maison moderne de 6000 pieds carrés récemment rénovée sur 300 pieds au bord du lac avec piscine de 20 * 30 pieds (ouverte de mai à septembre), immense cour et quai. Lancez facilement votre bateau à partir du lancement de bateau à proximité. Superbes vues sur le lac depuis presque toutes les piÚces de la maison. Restez au chaud prÚs du feu de camp tout en profitant d'une vue imprenable le soir sur le lac.

La maison dispose de 6 chambres et 5 salles de bains ainsi que d'un grand salon ouvert pour se divertir et d'une grande cuisine / salle à manger et ßlot de cuisine avec réfrigérateur à vin et à biÚre séparé. Chambre principale au 1er étage avec chambre King et salle de bain complÚte avec baignoire / douche à proximité. Le 2Úme étage comprend 4 chambres: chambre 2- baignoire / douche attenante, chambre 3- lit queen avec baignoire-douche attenante, chambre 4- 2 ensembles de lits superposés avec lits jumeaux supplémentaires sur chacun et toilettes attenantes et chambre 5 - deuxiÚme spacieuse étage principal, avec une vue incroyable sur le lac et salle de bain attenante avec baignoire et douche séparées. Au troisiÚme étage, la chambre 6 offre 2 lits jumeaux supplémentaires et le palier a deux futons et un mur A / C.

La maison est à 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville pittoresque de Mayville avec d'excellents restaurants et épicerie. Il est également à 15 minutes de l'animation de Beamus Point avec une vie nocturne animée et des divertissements pour les personnes de tous ùges.

La maison est décorée selon les saisons pour les principales vacances; Thanksgiving et Noël, et toutes occasions spéciales sur demande (baby shower, douche nuptiale, anniversaires, anniversaires).

We stayed the weekend in early November for a wedding 10 minutes away. Huge house with so much space. We had I’ll come back on the summer for the pool and boating. Host was tremendously responsive and flexible.

What a fantastic home with a phenomenal view and great outdoor amenities! Both sunrise and sunset were stellar! We spent a lot of time on the dock and out on the water in the canoe and around the fire pit at night.The great room with all of the couches and dining tables with plenty of seating for everyone were really appreciated. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and a perfect fit for our group of 12 adult kids and parents. We had so much fun!! Communication with the host and property manager was great. Thanks so much!! We would definitely stay again!

The house fit our needs. I cant review things we didnt use. We didnt sit on upper balcony, we didnt use laundry, grill, or games or fireplace. The firepit is huge and has no direct neighbors on that side. I didnt pay attention to the fact that there was no central air and so the ladies in their 40s didnt love that. Theres no ac unit in the master bedroom or upstairs bedroom with loft. Other rooms have window units. The upper level bedroom isnt pictured but was a nice surprise with a big bed! Very clean. What we did not like.... we are all women staying together and at 8:30 at night, with no warning, there were people there watering the flowers and plants outside the windows? Its scared us and we text the homeowners who apologized and explained that there was new landscaping. But 8:30pm on dark saturday night with no warning was 100% not ok with us. They also came back the next day with no warning. But at least that time was during the day. But it made us feel like we were being spy'd on. We werent but it was unsettling. Another thing (no fault to the homeowner), the pool area has a short fence. But the neighbor was continuously looking at us at the window and coming outside and looking over at us. So with a bunch of girls outside in our bathing suits, we also did not like that. But no fault to homeowner at all. Just a small heads up to the next renter. Most people dont mind it.... but just something to think about. Beautiful views, clean house,, everything in working order.

Property is in a great location, right on the lake, great view. House is very large and able to accommodate our 11 guests with room to spare. Many bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked and large with the dining room adjacent so our group spent most of our time in this area. We had fires in the fire pit which was well made and right there on the lake. Overall we had a very nice time at this property and would consider it again in the future.

EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION!

The location of this waterfront property at the north end of Chautauqua Lake is exceptional! The house is large, and although we were only a group of 6, it could accommodate many more. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets, charming campfires, a pontoon boat rental, winery tours, and a quaint lunch and dinner in the town of Mayville. The weather and fall colors could not have been more perfect!

chautauqua family time

Beautiful lake house

Our family has been vacationing at Chautauqua for many years. This is one of our favorite rental properties. Our group of 20, ranging from 2 years old up to 67, had plenty of space. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, the pool area is great when you want a break from the lake, the fire pit is big enough to accommodate a large group. There's a public launch very close by for kayaks. Our family stays on the lake but there are shops and restaurants close by.

Terrific Property for Family Vacation

Our family booked this stay nearly one year in advance and absolutely loved it. We needed a place large enough for the entire family so we could view the 2024 total solar eclipse together. The host was very responsive and helped answer all our questions leading up to the stay. A few days prior to the visit, the property manager, Jackie, contacted us to ensure we had everything we needed (e.g., firewood, blankets, etc.). The check-in process was easy, the rules/guidelines were very clear, and everything matched the listing description. It's a beautiful home in an excellent area. We were a short drive from Buffalo and Niagara Falls. There were also several nearby hiking opportunities. The children in our group loved playing basketball in the driveway so that was a pleasant surprise as well. There was a minor issue surrounding the cleanliness at check-in; however, the property owner, Linda, addressed our concerns immediately. They went above and beyond what we were expecting to get the issue resolved. Overall, it's an excellent home for a large group of people and I'd recommend this to others. Seeing the eclipse with my entire family was a once in a lifetime experience and I'm thankful that we found such a wonderful rental. Thank you Linda and Jackie for the great service!

Thanksgiving

The check-in process was super easy, and able to check in early which was really nice! The house is very spacious and never felt crowded with 16 people. Few concerns with the house but Jackie was quick to answer. The check out was SO easy. We had a great time with family and enjoyed our time together

Great place for a group

This is the third year our group has come here for our church's women's retreat. The house is beautiful and spacious. It provides exactly what we need for a large group. The setting is gorgeous and quiet.

The perfect lake getaway!

This was absolutely the place to stay with a big group! Lots of space, even with 17 of us! Right on the lake with a gorgeous view. Jackie was great to communicate with before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!
