Amazing 5-star stay

Everything about our stay was 5 star, from check-in to check-out. The area was quiet and the apartment was great for my husband, stepdaughter (17), and me. We stayed in a 1-bedroom premium gourmet for 5 nights. It had an amazing amount of space in the kitchen/dining room/TV area. There was also a nice workspace. The two bathrooms were a big plus. There are free laundry facilities on the 8th floor. A big shout out to Taylor and Reuben at the front desk. They were both so helpful and kind. Bagel Market opened on the ground floor of the building while we were there. It made breakfast so convenient. The Wall Street subway station was a 5-minute walk. We will only stay here when we visit NY again.

A little background…family of 5 (3 children under 13 yoa) visiting NYC for the first time. My wife and I combed many reviews to determine which location would suit our needs…comfort, location, finances. Although I was highly anxious about it, we chose this hotel. Needless to say, my anxiety was quickly diminished upon checking in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location allowed us to save money because many sites were within walking distance. The staff was attentive and accommodating to our needs. About NYC….We stayed for 3 nights and we didn’t see any rats. The smell, it’s changes frequently. You won’t be stuck in any location longer than 20 seconds that smells like garbage. It’s a manageable problem. Well done NYC.
