Excellent condo

Condo was clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable. Patio is very spacious. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

The property itself was lovely and the location couldn't be beat. However, the master bedroom shares a wall with the stairwell and with one elevator being out, traffic was probably heavier for the stairs. The busy stairwell had traffic until around 3:00 am during our short stay, which inhibited sleep. Had it not been for this, I would have given 5 stars.

Short mother daughter get away

My daughter and I spent the weekend at this wonderful property. It is our second year here. The condo is clean, bright, easy to navigate, and the beach is close and beautiful. Highly recommended.

The Condo was beautiful, very well stocked, comfortable bed. The parking stalls were quite narrow. The other two building were still under construction so we heard construction noise from 7am to 5:30 pm every day except Sundays. We loved being right on the beach, toes in the sand as soon as you walked outside. Great place!!!

Fall Get-a-way

This condo was exactly as described and pictured. The ease of checking in was wonderful. We never had to worry about forgetting a key or card. We just punched in the code and it worked flawlessly the entire stay. The condo was beautifully furnished! The location was perfect with an amazing view! We walked to many restaurants and shopping areas. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we will definitely be back!

Family Spring Break 3/22

The condo was exactly as it was in the photos. Updated, bright, and clean. The views were spectacular! Located on the corner with large balcony right on the beach! Pool and hot tub both great and big enough for guests staying. Elevator and stairs with no waits not likely at other condos. Would bring extra pillows, other than that pretty stocked up. Would definitely stay again!

The rental was as described and more. We will definitely stay here again on future trips. Checking in and out was easy. There was an issue with one of the elevators during our stay. A message was sent out informing us of the outage, which was appreciated since the elevator is at the opposite end of the unit. We took the stairs which are just outside the of the unit.

Wonderful time July 2023

Our condo was so fresh, vibrant and clean. The ocean view was beautiful, I enjoyed sitting out on our balcony taking it all in. The short walk to our private beach was perfect. We loved the pool, especially my girls. The only issue was the elevator consistently being out of service and having to take the stairs in the extreme heat. Overall, thank you for a memorable 2023 vacation.

Liked the location and view of the property. Bed was comfortable in Master bedroom but the rest of the furniture throughout condo was not very comfortable. Kitchen wasn't as stocked as I thought it would be.

It was great. Only 2 concerns, the wAyer in the guest bathroom only got like warm and the pocket door is crooked so you can’t shut it. Otherwise great place

Nice condo and property! Small and not crowded.

We loved SeaGlass! It’s a very new property with only 3 floors, so the beach was way less crowded. We loved the quick walk to the beach and the gorgeous ocean views. The pool was also nice! The condo was very spacious and decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with mostly everything we needed except for kitchen towels - there was only one! The only other issue we had was the ice maker in the fridge never worked, but not a huge deal! We would definitely stay here again! Perfect for families with young kids!!

New and Clean

This new condo makes a great first impression. The pool is great. The beach is close. A new condo doesn't come with all the excessive extras. It had the essentials, but you will want to pack extra blankets and pillows. The master bed is a firm mattress. The outdoor furniture was great. The washer is noisy. The site looked like construction was going on, but no negative side effects from it.

Can't Beat the Location

Location was great, property was clean and the views are spectacular. The management company was also very easy to work with! There were two inconveniences that impacted our stay. First, the fridge ice maker was broken. I turned it on/off/on numerous times and no ice was made. Second, the elevators were "out of order" for over half our stay. Not a huge problem, but when you're having to tote multiple bags to and from the beach or pool, it becomes mildly inconvenient. Additionally, having no elevators on check-out day is a real pain! I must've made 10+ trips up and down 3 flights of stairs loading the vehicle. Outside of this, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay

This place is very nice and feels new. It was clean and comfortable. The view was great. Beach access was easy. There was a vendor close by for renting umbrellas and lounge chairs. You’ll need to bring your own beach towels. We bought some at a souvenir shop across the street, rather than having to pack them. The beds were comfortable although there weren't extra blankets, sheets or pillows available. Towels were also limited, a set amount that was calculated by the amount of people and days in the stay. The wifi was slow and made streaming difficult. This felt like a corporate owned unit, rather than an individually owned unit. Which is fine, but you will need to buy the basics (laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dishwashing liquid, and trash bags). There were no cleaning materials on site. There was a limited amount of kitchen pans and utensils. There was a blow dryer in each bathroom. There were no games, movies, etc. You’ll need to bring your own. The locks on the door unlock at check in time. Not a minute sooner. If you need an early check in, arrange it in advance. Same goes for check out. Check out time is early (9am). The response time for customer support was lengthy, by text and phone. Try to arrange as much in advance as possible. We enjoyed our stay. This information is provided so others can plan accordingly. I would recommend this rental and would consider staying again.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Full blown construction going on. Rented because it was advertised to have an elevator which we needed because of recent knee surgery, elevator did NOT WORK the whole week. The elevator was supposedly fixed on Thursday but we got on it and it wouldn’t open to let us off!! The fire department had to be called to rescue a different family! Beds were horrible second bedroom was advertised as a queen but appeared to be a queen sized bed frame with a full size mattress ! The beach was supposed to be for owners and guest only but the security system didn’t work so everyone who wanted in could just walk right in. Bathrooms were wired wrong so you could turn on a light without a noisy exhaust fan, no lighting above the bathroom mirrors, bathtubs were dangerous to get in and out of. The only good part was it was right on the beach with a beautiful view. We expected much more for the price we paid. We WILL NOT be back to this condo unit ☹️
