This house is very large and very well maintained. It is a close walk to the beach and the pool. It had everything we needed including beach umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. I would definitely recommend this place for a large group. My only complaints were with the check-in process. The house was not ready at 4 PM, the cleaning crew was still there. We also had to call someone to come because the code was not properly programmed into the door so we couldn't get in. Be aware that there is only one official parking space for this house which is not enough for a house designed for 20 people.Again the house is 5*, just be prepared for some headaches with the rental company and check-in.

Changes in Attitudes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachwalk Resorts was fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. Our rental, Changes in Attitudes was perfect for our large group. The house was clean and well appointed and totally met our needs. We never felt like we were crowded. The house was a short walk to the beach and about a block walk to the office, pool, pond, tennis and basketball courts. Perfect location! Parking is a bit tight but plenty of overflow parking nearby. We would love to come back and certainly recommend.
