Sun King, together with the private Jester Coach House, is one of Beachwalk's largest and most beloved vacation homes. Designed in the style of the Kennedy Compound in Nantucket, this true beach house features a wraparound screened porch, abundant windows, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and room for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together.

Home Layout & Sleeping Arrangements

Sun King comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests with 7 private bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, plus additional sleeping space in the lower-level recreation room. The home is thoughtfully designed across the main house and the private Jester Coach House, making it ideal for multiple families, reunions, and group vacations. This home also includes a seasonal golf cart for easy access to all the resort amenities.

*Please note: From May through September, Beachwalk charges a $5 parking pass fee per vehicle and a $15 per guest resort access fee. These fees are collected separately by Beachwalk either before arrival or at check-in.
