Everything was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend it highly enough, we would most definitely stay again. The highlight, especially for our kids was the pool and hot tub. The waterpark was great too, everyone was very accommodating!

Perfect for our family. Very clean, spacious, lots of amenities! And the water park was a huge hit with the grandkids. Also, very close to Disney. The host and property management were very responsive.

So close to Disney and Universal and grocery shopping easy drive. We made good use of the spray park and pool on our off days this was a bonus on those super hot days. Would definitely stay again kids had a blast

Great Family House

What a great family spot. My grandkids loved the fun bedrooms. And the pool, After a long day at the parks, which were very close, the adults loved the hot tub while the kids played in the pool. This home is very comfortable and very family friendly.

Best Property I've stayed at

When I walked into this house, I felt like I was in a little piece of Heaven. Beautiful heated pool and hot tub, Upstairs theater and a gorgeous kitchen. Great location and a beautiful free water park walking distance from the house.

Comfortable and spacious home close to theme parks.

This was a nice home with a lot of room. We were approximately 12-15 minutes from each of the Disney theme parks. The pillows and mattresses were very comfortable, which is something I don’t usually post in one of these reviews. I’m fact, my wife and I ordered 10 of the same pillows during our stay. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Disney by day for 6 days. Kids in pool b4 and after Disney a blessing each day. Spacious kitchen and dining. Kids loved games in garage. A downstairs 1/2 bathroom would be beneficial.

Wonderful Getaway

Highly recommended property. House and community are clean, quiet and easily accessible to most destinations around the Orlando area. The house itself is spacious with multiple areas to entertain, especially mixed ages. Movie night, sports and drinks by the pool are all accommodated. The pool is safety alarmed which is a must. Kitchen can be used for home meals with all the essentials provided. Great communication for both arrival and departure days. Had no issues whatsoever during stay with no need to contact maintenance. Overall, everyone had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Last minute change

It could have been a stressful trip, as we were about to board the airplane on our way to Florida and received a message that the place we had booked was not available. However, Yvonne was wonderful and secured us a beautiful replacement property at the last minute. We very much appreciated all of her efforts. The location was perfect, and there was ample space to spread out and relax at the house in the evenings. It was comforting to know they would go the extra mile for any guests.

Do not be deceived

This property is not listed at the correct location. If you are renting here based on the location that is listed in VRBO, know that it is misleading. The property is not as close to the parks as they make it seem. Super shady practice.

Overall Very Nice

The property was really nice and spacious with a beautiful pool in the back. Just a few relatively minor complaints - they provide very little so you'll have to buy trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc.. There are only a few extra towels so unless you plan on using the same towel all week then you will have to wash them. Lastly, in some areas upstairs the carpet is really dirty and needs to be replaced. Our only major complaint was how difficult it was to get past the security gate to get into the resort. Super challenging and annoying, but no fault of the property owner. Again, nice property for a bigger group but not the best we've stayed at before.

Wonderful home!

Could not have asked for a better rental situation. Yvonne and her team were very responsive, and communicated promptly. The home's location near the parks is very convenient, and a short 10-15 minute drive to grocery and other retail needs. We had an infant, a 15 month old, a 3 year old, a 6 year old, as well as 6 adults. Plenty of room, and the house is very quiet from room to room. The pool and hot tub got plenty of use, as we paid for the heating option. Very clean and nicely equipped. And the bonus was the water park just two blocks away! This is a "rental" neighborhood, and I could not tell if there were many permanent residents - which means most everyone is vacationing with kids and respectful of other families. Quiet starts at 10 and the only time there was late night noise, security appeared and quieted it down. I would recommend Florida Premier Rentals and will definitely look to engage them again!

Bugs and more bugs

Our stay at the property was an absolute nightmare. When we first arrived, we saw small fast crawling bugs throughout, even though the exterminator came out, later ants started to appear, in the bedroom, and in the bed we slept in. The pool never worked, family did not get to enjoy it. This place needs a deep cleaning and exterminator before renting again. I know this won’t get posted but it’s was our experience. I’ve never been so ready to leave a property. Yes, we called and emailed the management company so much that they knew my name. And I did request another property.

However, it appears you've inflated a small pest issue to something much greater than the reality. We can only assume in reference to the pool you are referring to the pool heat. This needs to be paid for separately before your stay and is clearly stated at every stage of the booking process. Overall good but there were some issues

So I will start with all of the good things: we had plenty of room as a family of five, who brought along two grandparents. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic- close enough to Disney that the drive was only 10-15 min even in traffic. The location was not convenient to grocery stores or restaurants though. Resort pool was great. FYI - the Minion bedroom is now Marvel which was a disappointment to our family. I know that might not be a big deal to some. The issues - ants!! There were tiny ants all over the kitchen counters. I asked specifically about this after seeing a bug review and was told this problem had been taken care of. I called about it and someone came out to exterminate. The pool!! We paid for the hot tub and pool to be heated. They were but so much so that our kids couldn’t get in. The water coming out of the jets was scorching hot - way hotter than anything I’ve ever felt coming out of a spa. You could not hold your hand in front of the jets or it would burn. I emailed and called to have someone check. Then it went the opposite direction - the water was cold. I called again and explained the issue. I was told that my money would be refunded (haven’t seen that come through yet) and someone would come check in. There was definitely something malfunctioning with the heater. The AC cannot go below 72. If I had known this beforehand I would’ve picked another house. It was hot and stuffy at night. 3 of 6 bedrooms had ceiling fans. The master did not. The resort itself was a mess! The 2 side gates were broken. The internet was down for DAYS which meant we couldn’t get any use out of the projection TV, my husband couldn’t work, etc. Quiet time started at 10pm but houses behind us had kids swimming/yelling past 11:30 pm. The phone number for security/gatehouse did not work. There was no way to get in touch with anyone at the property management company. This house is managed by a property management company and then something called Jeeves. It was hard to get in touch with anyone for a day or two because their email was down. I will add that we were there just after Hurricane Ian but I feel like we wouldn’t have had these issues if this was a VRBO owned by a real person. Again, might not matter to other families. So, that’s a recap of all of it. Again, lots of positives and a few issues. I’ve tried to give info on both sides so that families can make an informed decision

Dear CC, We are so glad our home was able to accommodate you and your family during your stay. We are always revamping our houses when the opportunity arrives, this includes adding fresh paint and new designs. The pool/spa heat is thermostat controlled and can be set to your desired temperature. The max it goes is 104. The AC thermostat as a lower limit for your safety due to fire risk caused by a freezing evaporator component. It looks like the internet was affected by Hurricane Ian on this occasion. Which is of course inconvenient yet totally out of our control. We're so glad that despite these inconveniences you were able to get the most out of your stay and have a wonderful time in one of our prestigious homes.
