ROOM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
With 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, everyone gets their space. Four are king master suites, each with its own private bathroom, so parents and grandparents all get a room of their own. Three masters are on the first floor and one is upstairs, and one first-floor suite includes a full-size crib, just like you would have at home. Every master has a large flat-screen TV, and all the TVs are "Netflix ready" if you have an account.

THREE THEMED KIDS' ROOMS
This is where the magic happens for the little ones.
The Ice Castle room has a built-in castle bed with three twin beds, two on the lower level and one up top (the upper bed holds children under 150 pounds).
The Trading Post room features a bunk built to look like a log cabin, with a full-size bed on the bottom for kids or "kids at heart" and a twin up top for children under 150 pounds.
The Sleigh room has two standard twin beds shaped like sleighs, comfortable for kids and adults alike.

POOL, SPA, SPLASH PAD & THEATER
The large South-facing pool and spa are both heated, and pool and spa heat are INCLUDED. The kids get their very own splash pad, so no one has to leave the yard for water fun. Please note the splash pad runs on a separate system and is not heated. Inside, the themed home theater has an 80-inch screen and real theater-style seating for family movie nights after a long day at the parks.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Formosa Gardens Estates is a gated estate community just three miles from the theme parks off Route 192W. It's quiet and tranquil, yet only a one-minute drive to a Target Superstore, grocery stores, pharmacies, a medical walk-in clinic, and plenty of restaurants including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba's.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
This home has been professionally custom designed throughout, with a spacious layout across nearly 4,000 square feet. It has high-speed WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils a big group needs, plus a full supply of children's dishes. Coffee lovers get both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Traveling with little ones? We provide a stroller, a high chair, a full-size crib, and a couple of portable pack-n-plays for your convenience. To get you started, the house comes with a roll of paper towels, soap at each sink, two rolls of toilet paper per toilet, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and garbage bags.

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
Depending on our calendar, early check-in before the standard 4pm is sometimes available for an additional charge. If you'd like to check early, just send us a message and we'll see if it's possible.

GOOD TO KNOW
For your peace of mind, exterior security cameras are located at the front door, the driveway, and the pool equipment on the side of the house. There are no interior cameras.
