We had a great stay!!!! This was the cleanest verbo we have ever stayed at. It is also very well equipped. All the items listed were truly there and ready to use. The bay view is very relaxing. Lots of awesome birds. We like crabbing, which was great off the dock. We brought our catch home and cooked it for dinner. Plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. The use of the washer and dryer was great also. We definitely hope to stay again.

We had a very enjoyable stay…the cottage is lovely and welcoming and well stocked for a home-away-from-home extended stay. The park is clean and quiet and the views from the cottage are beautiful and relaxing. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach on a day we just didn’t want to drive anywhere or deal with sand. We will definitely rebook for next year.

I absolutely love this cottage! The view is everything. Fall along the coast is such a lovely time of year and this place fit perfectly for what I wanted. Views, dog friendly, quiet, roomy, and everyone in this community is SO friendly! If you’re a runner, it’s a great area to weave through the roads and ending it with a cool down on the pier is 10/10 the most amazing thing. Host is fantastic. Quick response, provides the smallest of things that end up being on a grocery trip most times (salt, paper towels, ziplock baggies, coffee… all here!). Washer and dryer was great to have, my clothes smell very clean out of the dryer. Shed is great for putting trash, extra chairs, and the backyard is gorgeous. SUNRISE every single morning! Seeing it rise while looking out to Assateaque is great. Large bedroom is roomy. Drawers and closet. Mirrors to help get ready! Smaller bedroom has a bed and deep drawers, mirror closet. Bathroom plenty of hot water, water pressure, and room for all your things. And hooks!! Hooks in a rental are great! We will be back.

It was great to bring my pups. I went during the quiet season and loved the community and location. Spent most of our time in Assateague. OC and Berlin are very close. The view can't be beat. The rooms were clean and as described. I didn't want for anything while I was there. The host checked in during the visit and that was appreciated.

Second time staying here and absolutely in love with the house, view, community and owners! You honestly can't beat the view! This time we took binoculars so we could see the horses across the way better. The owners are so responsive and nice! Can't rave enough about this listing and can't wait to go back . Happy pups and happy humans.

What a view of the bay , our family loved staying here, clean home and nice family atmosphere and the amenities are the best 2 pools , fishing ponds, paddle boats, so much to do and not enough time to do it all , also very close to the beaches, thanks again ,looking forward to next year:)

Great getaway!

Peaceful and quaint retreat! Perfect for all of our needs. The host was very communicative due to a water problem and got this fixed quickly. Friendly rental check in staff as well. Most importantly the location is amazing- it’s within minutes to the Assateague parks and Berlin.

Beautiful View

Charming house in a gated community with a lovely view of the bay. April is off season so there weren’t many people around but felt very secure. The house had everything I needed and the community is a great place to walk the dogs.

Assateague Getaway

The property was very clean and neat. Jessica was super responsive and gave us suggestions of places to eat that were family friendly. The whole process was easy and we are looking forward to our next stay! Highly recommend!
