Enjoy your morning coffee on the dock where you may see manatees and other wild life. Snowbird friendly for groups or professional athletes during spring training. Recently renovated due to hurricane Ian.

Great vacation stay

Check in was easy and the home was lovely. Had everything we needed for our one month stay. Any issues that arose were taken care of by the property owner promptly. Great location being close to everything you need.

Annual Gals Golf trip

Property was spacious, comfortable and accommodated our group well. The house has some great features like a game room with pool table and darts on the first floor. Numerous bedrooms and bathrooms that provided space to spread out and be comfortable. Areas to improve the guest experience with the rental property include installation of reliable internet/tv service, repair the hot tub, repair lighting on the garage, incorporate the cost to heat the pool in the rental cost of the house and provide an information binder at the house that explains operation of the house’s technology.

Great location for boating, fishing, manatee sighting, and easy access to local fun. No landscaping, curb appeal was rough. Overall the house was clean and met our needs. Would be back again!

Englewood is a small quiet town, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. It has 4 beautiful public beaches, great waterftont restaurants, and and eclectic downtown area called Dearborne St where there are festivals, car shows, boutiques and shops, and restaurants galore!

What makes this property unique

Our ability to accommodate up to 16 guests makes our home great for families that want to vacation together, or snowbirds that want to split the cost of a luxury home with other snowbirds!
