When you choose this Panama City Beach, Florida condo for your next trip to the beach, you’ll delight in panoramic views to start and end your day in addition to a wonderful location on the east end of Panama City Beach.

You’ll find plenty of room for six beach-loving guests at Seychelles 301, in addition to two full bathrooms and extra accommodations in the living room. This condo rental underwent a full remodel in early 2020 with luxury renovations from top to bottom. This includes all new flooring, furniture, a brand-new kitchen, memory foam mattresses, and Smart TVs in each room. The wraparound balcony in the living room will draw you in at once, as it is the perfect place to start and end your day. You can also enjoy those same views from the master suite, with additional access to the balcony whenever you please. The kitchen comes outfitted with granite counters and both black and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of room to store all of your groceries for the week.

In addition to everything there is to discover inside your condo, there’s plenty of fun to be had at Seychelles in Panama City Beach! Start off basking under the warm Florida sun in the beachfront pool. Or in the cooler months, go for a dip in the heated indoor pool. There are even two hot tubs and a fitness center to bring your relaxation to a whole new level!

With this condo’s location on the east end of Panama City Beach, you will find yourself removed away enough from the hustle and bustle of beach life. However, you are still within minutes of all of the fun things to do in Panama City Beach. You’ll plenty of local, delicious restaurants all just a few minutes from your condo. To get to fun attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Zoo World, just head east into Panama City Beach. St. Andrew’s State Park is close by as well, providing a tranquil space to reconnect with nature.

Outstanding Room

This has been the best room we have stayed in at Seychelles Beach Resort. The pictures online were accurate, which was a pleasant surprise because our room looked nothing like the pictures in the past. As a bonus, the furnishings were extremely comfortable, including all the beds.

This was the nicest property we have ever stayed in at Seychelles. We always love to stay there, but this one was the absolute best. Clean, roomy and comfortable. Very helpful and quick responses from the property managers. We will definitely visit Seychelles #301 again!

We were quite impressed with the decor chosen for this unit and its comfort. We did have some maintenance issues that were promptly addressed. The only item we did not like was we could not check in even 10 minutes early and check out was 9AM—who has ever had a 9AM checkout!
