This ocean front vacation condo at the Splash Beach Resort in Panama City Beach is a fantastic family friendly vacation spot! Your kids will love it and so will you, watching them have so much fun at this Disney-like Resort. Look forward to creating memories that will last a lifetime.

This 4th floor condo is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences of home in order to make your stay truly comfortable.

ABOUT THE SPLASH BEACH RESORT
Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone. There is an adults-only swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and an enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness facility overlooking the pool and Lazy River. There is a poolside bar and grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably-priced menu. High-speed Internet access is available in many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories and surf shop. Also, there is a mini grocery store and coffee and ice cream shop located onsite, giving Splash just about everything that most guests need on their vacation so that they need not leave until they are ready to check out.

• Dispose of all garbage, debris and food including in trash cans and on balconies. • Please load and start the dishwasher before you leave. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
• DO NOT remove sheets, pillow cases, mattress pads, blankets or comforters from beds. • Stack all dirty towels, wash rags, etc. in one spot (Do Not put Sheets in with this).
• Remove all food from the refrigerator. • Remove sheets and blankets from pull-out bed (if used) and place them on top of the couch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We enjoy our stay at Splash! Every time we come. This is our fourth year spending the week at Splash and Jim’s condo is always perfect. The check in process is very smooth and the condo is so clean. Jim is so responsive and you can tell they take pride in their condo because everything is so clean and orderly. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation with your family at the beach, this is the perfect place and has a little something for everyone. 10/10 recommend and always recommend Jim’s place. We do appreciate being able to come year after year. It’s the best place.

The host Jim was quick and helpful with his responses and the property was so nice and clean just like in the pictures. It’s the perfect destination for a family vacation, we will absolutely be coming back in the future!

Nice and clean property with gorgeous views. The property had all the usual kitchen pots, plates, cookware and glasses but our trip was short and we never used. Fridge was very cold lol. Beds were comfy and bathrooms adequate. The Splash resort was perfect for a quick overnight girls trip and the lazy river made for a relaxing afternoon.

Our master mattress is less than two years old, but we understand that even a newer mattress may not fit everyone's personal preference. Elevators were very busy at check in but I think that is expected with skyrises. Check in was smooth and being on the 4th floor is awesome. The floor was not clean(still very sandy) upon arrival. There needs to be floor mats, we had to use towels. The resort is very family friendly, and all the amenities were very handy being nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The room was nice and clean. Well stocked for your basic needs. Lots of chairs, beach umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids. The property itself was clean. The only issue we had the entire trip was the elevators or lack of. There is only 2 elevators per tower. Plan your time if you have somewhere to go. As long as you keep that in mind you wont have an issue. The room is right at the elevator and is wheelchair accessible.

Tv in bedroom didn’t work, one of the outlets in the main bedroom didn’t work, none of the locks on the interior doors worked, sprayer in the kitchen sink was also broken, if these things get fixed then it’d be a nice place directly in front of the beach

Amazing! Perfect vacation place. Communication was perfect. We were able to get into the room early which was GREATLY appreciated. The condo had everything we needed plus more. Amazing balcony view. The resort was amazing as well. Plenty of fun for kids and adults alike.

We loved staying here at the Splash resort. The ocean view from our room was outstanding. Unfortunately, it was foggy for the 2 days we were there, but all in all, it was a beautiful condo. It had everything we needed with enough room and a fantastic view. I would stay here again any time.

We needed a nice place to stay for a quick weekend trip for a soccer tournament. The condo was perfect with an amazing view right on the beach. Jim was quick to respond and very helpful. We plan to visit again, but hopefully for longer the next time!

The view and location was the best thing about the condo. Jim was very quick about answering any questions we had. The only negative things were the long walk from the parking garage to the condo, the furniture was not that comfortable and the kitchen could have been better equipped. I'm sure being disabled had a lot to do with the comfort of the furniture. All in all we had a very good stay here. If you have kids, they would love the pools.

Place needs some updates, paint peeling from master bath ceiling over tub, sprayer on kitchen faucet was broken, dishwasher door contacts oven door handle when opening, oven was not clean,oven door was cracked by handle, balcony platform and railing was dirty, high top table on balcony had been painted and peeling, couch in family area was stained, no hook on bathroom doors , table in family area is scratched up.
