Enjoy Terra Lago lifestyle, gated community with 20 acre lake and a kids shaded playground. This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a newly added private salt water pool and spa , a BBQ and fire pit . Granite counter top kitchen and island. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Guest room has a queen size bed. Middle guest room has bunk beds. WIFI. Access to Golf Club at Terra Lago's two 18 hole championship gold courses. We are kid and dog friendly with many kid toys include pack n play and high chair.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

A beautiful home with gracious hosts.

What a lovely property! We had a lovely trip unwinding. The grounds are lovely. House has a nice layout. The salt water hot tub heats up quickly. The pool is beautiful. The sofa sectional in the front room is roomy. Beds and bedding are comfortable. This home is a great place for a family holiday- neighborhood and home not suitable for the party scene. You will not be disappointed by this house or attentive host.

Great house & owner is very responsive

Stayed here with friends. Communication with the owner was great, always promptly replied. The house was roomy and clean. It is great that there are 4 beds as we had 4 adults so it was perfect. Nice touch with the hot tub and pool. There is an additional daily fee to heat the pool/tub but worth it if you like to soak. While Indio isn't that great for restaurant selection, you can easily drive to La Quinta for more variety. Thank you Orit for being a great host.

You will find images of our beloved golden retrievers in our home as we are a dog loving family. We've started to rent out our home to share it's amazing location with everyone!

Tera lago feels like a resort. It's a combination of young families and older community. The lake is beyond amazing and the sunsets are unreal! It's quiet, safe, and peaceful! Perfect for a family get away.

What makes this property unique

The love in our home is notable. It's large and spacious to fit comfortably 6 people. We are kid friendly, dog friendly. and just over all friendly!
