It can accommodate up to four people and features a beautiful living room opening onto a lovely balcony with table and chairs. The apartment is air-conditioned.

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, the apartment is fully equipped and has :
- a bedroom with 1 double bed ;
- a modern shower room ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen ;
- and a cosy lounge area awaits you, with a quality sofa bed fitted with a real mattress for optimum comfort, ideal for relaxing after a long day.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, TV, washing machine, fridge, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Refurbishment of the bedroom side façade in progress (2025).
