Great location lovely flat right in the centre of town. All amenities as described. Easy to go anywhere walking or public transport. Lovely host and quick check-in, all was as described and working perfectly. We had a fabulous few days in Nice and we will be back!!! Loved it

Amazing stay in Nice!

This property was perfectly situated in Nice, a short distance from the beach and surrounded by stores and restaurants to explore. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, we felt at home there. Thank you for making our trip so great!!!

Location is the reason why it get one star. I would have given half a star if that is available. Communications with agent Laure was bad! It took customer service of Vbro to intervene to get Host to listen.
The dish washer was in bad shape. It has mold (blue arrow) and left over food scraps in the trap (red circle). It was cleaned after we protest n five days later.
We had to wash dishes by hand and used most of the detergent. When asked for more supply, including a garbage bag, tissue and shapoo, we were told to shop our own. They charged an 65 Euro of cleaning fees but would not do so.
This is where apartment is located
It was promised a full kithcen, instead there is no functioning dish washer, no spatula no chopping boards.

Oui malheureusement la personne qui fait habituellement le ménage a oublé de nettoyer le lave vaisselle, ce qui n est pas correct j en conviens, je suis intervenu personnellement pour le nettoyer complètement. . Laure est restée 45minutes pour le check in afin de tout expliqué sauf que ça n'était jamais assez alors qu un check in classique prend 15 à 20 minutes pour donner toutes les informations . Effectivement il y a tous les produits de base pour le check in et bien sur il faut faire vos courses si votre séjour est plus long que 3jours. Nous ne somme pas un fournisseur pour tous vos achats. Je pense que certaines personnes devraient aller à l hotel lorsque qu'elles ont besoin d assistance no stop

Great location

Ex onally good place, cloce to city center and all city activities. A but noizy due to trams and street performances, but i loved that all noise during my stay. Apartment clean and tidy and with equipment you may need.

Outstanding location!

The apartment was great and suited every need we had for a trip. Nice was to be a base of operation while we ventured out to Monaco for the F1 race and other locations. The location of the apartment is very close to a grocery store, restaurants galore and right next to the Nice Tram that takes you 2 stops to the Nice-Ville train station and from there, you can go anywhere! So if you are looking for a great location in Nice to stay while you tour around, look no further. Everything (beach, shops, restaurants, transportation, etc.) is just a short walk away.

Fantastic

Fab location literally right on Massena Sq. apartment is clean and very comfortable. Ideally placed to get about. Laure was great checking us in even though we were after midnight. (And told us to get the tram for 1.50 each rather than a taxi!).. very easy to get from airport to the square this way. Highly recommend this lovely apartment for your stay in Nice.

Great apartment in an amazing location

Massena square apartment is a super apartment in a cannot be better location. The apartment is spotless & well equiped. There was only 2 of us but I think it would be a little squashy for more. The main bed what I would rate as a small double bed - but perfectly comfortable. Do make sure you read all the “rules” to ensure you are aware of any extra costs with check in/out etc. Enjoy!

Bed bugs infestation. Stay away from this place! I found 6 bed bugs in different parts of the apartment the very first hour after arrival. The host is incredibly rude, ignores all requests, and hides behind an apartment manager who is just as rude and useless. The place is lacking the most basic supplies and linens. Finally, the host asks for outrageous extra cash fees (cleaning, late check-in and early check-in) that are not listed on the website.

Posizione perfetta

L’appartamento è in centro, vicino a tante attrazioni e attività. È abbastanza spazioso per 4 persone 2 adulti e 2 adolescenti se si sta pochi giorni. Ovviamente essendo italiani i letti sono più piccoli a quanto siamo abituati e non c’è il bidet almeno per me fondamentale. Servirebbe migliorare le finestre e sistemare le persiane per abbattere sia il rumore della città, in particolare del tram, sia la luce che penetra. C’è un supermercato li attaccato, ma è privo di gastronomia. I bar aprono tardissimo tipo alle 9/10 quindi comprate le brioches il giorno prima.

Séjour en septembre

Appartement très bien équipé situé idéalement entre la mer, le centre ville et le vieux Nice. Relativement calme si l'on exclut le ronron ambiant des climatiseurs situés en bas de la rue et de l'ambiance festive de la place Masséna.
