Cozy home in Montevarchi AR with sauna
Quiet, bright vacation cottage surrounded by olive trees in the hills above the Arno valley with a wide view over vineyards and the small village of Mercatale below, which is about 1.2 km away. The house, formerly a barn converted into an attractive vacation home, is located on a 3,000 m2 plot of land with olive trees, where directly in the entrance area is the beautiful swimming pool with equipped sun terrace and barbecue. The furnishings are mainly modern and medium comfort. The last 400 m of access road are unashalted. 7 km Montevarchi, 35 km Arezzo, 45 km Siena.
