The first floor includes a den/bedroom with a private sitting area and a twin/2-twin trundle bed, a full hallway bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room.

Upstairs, the queen bedroom features a waterfront sitting area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the sunrise and the peaceful natural setting. A second bedroom with two twin beds shares a full hallway bath.

Cattail Cottage is fully equipped for vacation fun, offering a recreation room with a ping pong table and games, kayaks, bikes, and access to the crabbing dock. It truly doesn’t get better than this!

In its own world

The property is clean, private and has tranquil views. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch and the dock. There was an abundance of birds making peaceful chirping sounds. Enjoyed watching the birds dive bomb into the water to catch their lunch. Ping pong and cornhole was a favorite for our kids.
