Our town home is on pilings with an outdoor shower and grill beneath the unit. Two parking spots are alongside the home. Home has a roof top deck with gorgous views and is an affordable beauty in Brant Beach, LBI. Located in the Brant Beach Yacht Club area, walk just 8 houses to the beach and 8 houses to the bay. The home was built following Hurricane Sandy and offers central AC, washer/dryer, kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counters, living room, wifi, 2 bedrooms (a queen and a set of bunk beds), 1.5 baths, grill, patio set, outdoor shower, roof top deck, two complimentary beach badges, and 2 parking spots. We are about a 8-10 minute ride to Fantasy Island (the rides), a short walk from a restaurant called "Daddy-O's", and a bike ride away from lots of shops/take out restaurants/ice cream stores etc.. This is a great place to stay in beautiful LBI! Bring/rent a paddle board and drop it in the bay, just 8 houses away! Note: Most summer weeks are Fri-Fri. Check out is by 11 am to allow for the cleaning crew to get ready for the next tenant.
