TERRIBLE

Host cancelled on us after this property was supposed to be guaranteed. She then tried to upcharge us $1500 more to stay at another of her properties. At that point I agreed to pay and she still cancelled. We ended up staying at the same resort in which case we booked directly through the resort. Even at that the property was terrible. I would have been better of staying in a cardboard box on the side of the road.
