Great condo for our large family. This is our second time to stay here and plan to be back next year. Love the view of The Pass and kids love the lazy river and waterslide.

The unit did not have clean bedding in all the rooms. The couches are very stained up. The hall bathroom laboratory drains very slow. The filter for the ice maker needs a new filter. Beach view was excellent and pools and lazy River were very clean. Although there were small kids in the hot tub a few times.

We had an excellent time staying here. It was clean, checkin and checkout were easy, no wait for elevators, the host was quick to respond and the views were unbelievable! I'd definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful, but was very dirty. The vents were so full of dust and the furniture had food all over it. We swept the floors before we put our items away and had a dust pan full of sand.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from this unit were amazing. We had plenty of space and it was close to lots of shopping. Sitting outside on the back deck listening to the ocean was so peaceful and there was plenty of room for all of us to sit outside.
