Looks can be deceiving

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beware the rental is full of roaches. Asked can the cleaning crew to come back out to sweep up the dead roaches because it looked like it was bombed right before arrival. They did not come back and do that. The rental is very outdated. Bring toiletries because it’s only one roll of tissue.

Death by a thousand paper cuts.

One word: ants. The earlier July review was accurate. This property has an ant problem. And it felt like death by a thousand paper cuts of minor things that add up to just a bad property mgmt situation even without the ants. No dish towels…but you’re supposed to do the dishes when you leave. No dishwasher detergent…but you’re supposed to do the dishes when you leave. No extra garbage bags…but you need to take out the trash daily to attempt to keep the ants at bay. No salt & pepper shakers. Just a bunch of paper cut level issues that make this property a big no for me.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo pictures were exact and the location was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Cleaning crew missed areas and there was cigarette butts on the balcony. There was also an ant and bug issue. Kitchen items were old, broken and some rusty. This is a bare minimal rental but was reflected in price. I imagine this review will not get posted, but at least the company is aware.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay and great vacation. The only negative complaint we could think of is that the extra blankets were not washed but washer and dryer are in the unit so it was not a big deal! We had a blast and during our 4day stay here. Unit had all of the necessities and had a wonderful view of the pond. Definitely will revisit Kingston Plantation.
